    • Please note entry is subject to a dress code: shoulders and knees must be covered

    • Please note the guided tour duration is 30 minutes and will be in English. Non-English speakers can follow along with the digital audio guide in French, German, Italian, Spanish, Chinese and Japanese

    We had a woman named Albina. She was an excellent guide the museum across the street is terrific talks a lot about history and if you work in the medical field, you’ll find it amazing

    Informative Duomo visit

    Informative tour and knowledgeable Italian guide. Glad to know more about all the treasures inside the Duomo which I likely would have missed without a guide. Just wish that the meeting location had been updated in the booking info map and details. We almost missed the tour because the meeting location had changed and flag was not easy to see. Thank goodness a guide from another tour group knew where we should go!

    Do NOT use Viator for your tours!

    We had a horrible experience! We paid for three tickets to the Dumo tour and even though I had the paper copies of all three tickets they would only let in two of us. They told me my husband would join my daughter and I then refused his entry. It was mass confusion at the meeting point and all associates were clearly confused and stressed.

    Tour company canceled at the last minute. We booked same day but they showed availability and confirmed only to cancel several hours later which left us with no other options.

    Was disappointed that I didn't get a tour with Dome access as this was a floor tour. Also we tried to get into the tower and it was difficult. Not very clear details on what it included so get a more full package than this one.

    Interesting historical tour of the Duomo. Guided by a lovely knowledgeable lady. It lasted about 40 minutes and we then had a wonder around by ourselves

    The “skip the line” part of the tour was very good. But our tour guide’s English was very hard to understand. I’d recommend this only if you’re interested in skipping the line.

    Waste of money and very poor asked for refund. Booked same day as but no guide turned up at meeting point. We waited around for 20 mins . Then moved on Very poor

    A guided walking tour with a knowledgeable leader abetted by modern technology is a great way to see a small city. Our guide Alberto Cencini is a Florentine native who teaches History in a south Florentine school. His mannerisms were Italian but his English was excellent! Highly recommended…

    Showed up 10 minutes...

    Showed up 10 minutes prior to start time and didn’t see the tour person at the meeting place. Walked around the entire area of the meeting point and didn’t see the Vox uniform person in dark blue. It’s a complete no show and I’m seeking a refund.
