Unfortunately, this was the least enjoyable tour I experienced in Florence. The guide frequently walked far ahead of the group, often weaving through crowds, which caused several of us to lose sight of her more than once. Instead of keeping the group together, she would wait for everyone at the end, making the experience feel rushed and disconnected.
The audio quality was also poor, and combined with the guide's accent, it was often difficult to understand the explanations. After taking several guided tours in Florence with other companies, this one fell well below the standard.

The tour was very informative and the guide very knowledgeable. We went at 4:30 and it was quite crowded. The group was fairly large so if you need a smaller group, this may not be for you. The headsets were fine but sometimes a bit hard to hear because of the crowds.

A very good tour by our guide, Alex, who was able to explain the history of the Academia, Medici and Michelangelo, placing the chief work in context.
The Academia is very busy, and the streets outside packed; the use of a head set to hear Alex was therefore very useful throughout, and her explanations started whilst we were lined up in the queue waiting our entry time.
Once inside, the gallery remains very busy and crowded, but still a very worthwhile experience.
Unlike the Uffizi, the gallery is quite small ( and less exhausting).

The Viator meeting place was convenient and the guides were well organized. We left in time and it was great to skip the very long line. Our gallery guide was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed the tour.

The tour was good. We had just enough information to wet our appetite! Missing the long queue was worth it, albeit a small wait on the group side. Our guide was clear and easy to understand.

We took the last tour because it was said you get the museum more to yourself with less crowds. Not true. Very crowded, but still worth it all the same. Our guide knew so much about all the anatomy and the veins, tendons and all the whys and hows. Definitely recommend to do this on a guided tour for sure!

Our tour guide, Galya, did an amazing job at showing us the museum. We learned so much about the instruments and statues and we found it very interesting. She even showed us how to take a picture of the Statue of David so that it looks as if he is wearing a halo. The tour was very informative and we will remember the experience forever.

Skip the line tickets are not what you’d think. You do skip the ticket purchase line and the general entry line, but there is a line just for tour groups which is where we had to wait about 45 minutes with our tour guide. We were given headsets to hear our tour guide and he gave good information in English but was a little hard to understand due to a thick accent.

Very informative tour of the Accademia Gallery and the skip the line experience was fantastic on a really hot day in Florence. Our guide was very knowledgeable about all of the art especially the sculptures. She was great, but unfortunately, we do not remember her name - we're thinking it was Sophia.

No experience, because Viator couldn't be contacted and it was impossible for us (driving in from outside Florence) to find the meeting point.
Tried asking Viator for a compensating day ticket, but the AI bot (Marianne) kept putting us into a loop of nonsensical responses

Getting tickets to present to the front entrance was a hassle. We had to find the private vendor at the museum, which was very difficult. One of the members of our group happened to read in an email message that our actual ticket (each person) was at the location nearby. The tickets were at door 39, down the block. We found door 39 and got our tickets. The audio equipment could be improved by using a batter system. The tour guide was knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated the tour guide’s helpfulness. She made sure I could hear her comments. But due to the noise in the museum it was still difficult to hear.

We visited Florence when it was extra hot so being inside with Air Conditioning was very much appreciated for our group of 15. Our tour guide was super knowledgeable, and we enjoyed learning the stories behind the art/sculptures. Our guide did a good job answering all our questions - many that were quite random!

Good guide and tour but poor sound quality with the guides microphone made a lot of the commentary difficult to hear. Kept giving the group new receivers but that wasn't the problem.

This was one of the highlights of my whole trip touring Italy, it was breathtaking. Seeing David in person and being in the same room with one of the world’s most famous masterpieces is indescribable. I loved our tour guide and how well informed and knowledgeable she was. You could feel her passion and love for the art, it made you appreciate it even more so. If you don’t get a tour guide I highly recommend you research to get some information before going as it is a smaller museum and easy the see but has so much history and information behind it.

I appreciated the enthusiasm of our guide. It is fun to tour a place with someone who finds it magical. Note this museum is very small, so even staying after to look back at your favorite parts it is an 1-1.5 hrs max.
