Tour guide was very knowledgeable, was a fun tour! Enjoyed the rooming house as well as the 6th floor museum. I live locally, but had never done anything touristy, this was a nice experience.

Preston was a great guide. He is very, very knowledgeable about JFK, his presidency and the years leading up to the events in Dallas, Lee Harvey Oswald and his background and Preston also provided great information about Jack Ruby. I would highly recommend this tour and if you get Preston as your guide, you will be grateful!

I recommend this tour if you are interested in historical background and facts related to the JFK assassination. Dan, our tour guide for this viator JFK tour in Dallas, was clearly knowledgeable on the topic (JFK events and historical impact). He shared his knowledge in an enthusiastic manner, which kept the group's attention. While acknowledging various theories, he kept the tour very fact-based. He as also attentive to the group by making sure we had a bathroom stop and by patiently waiting for all group members to arrive before departing (even taking a phone call from someone who was lost finding the start location). Even by accommodating the needs of the group, he remained on time and on schedule.
I would recommend this tour (and in particular Dan) for any future tour-goers.
Be sure to opt for the tour that includes the Boarding Room and the Book Depository Museum admission.

Highly recommend this tour! Our guide, Preston, was extremely knowledgeable and did a wonderful job of keeping us engaged while sharing a ton of information. The Book Depository Museum is a must stop.

Very prompt from pickup to tour end. Loved that our operator, Preston texted my his photo, a description and pic of our van and its license plate. This is a great small group tour and our guide was extremely knowledgeable. He gave us so much background and as we proceeded through the tour we were so much more well informed. Brilliant tour with Preston. Visited all of the Bain sites associated with the fateful day in November 63. Preston was very knowledgeable, how he remembers all the facts and figures I will never know. Obviously has a passion for the subject.

This tour was absolutely outstanding! Our guide, Dan, was a master storyteller—his deep knowledge and passion for the history of the JFK assassination brought every moment to life. Walking through the 6th Floor Museum in the Texas School Book Depository, where Lee Harvey Oswald took the fateful shot, was an unforgettable experience. Standing in that historic spot and looking out the window gave me chills.
We also visited Oswald’s boarding house, saw the exact location where Officer Tippit was gunned down, and drove by the Texas Theatre where Oswald was captured. Each stop immersed us deeper into the story, and standing on the grassy knoll was truly surreal. Dan’s engaging style and attention to detail made this tour both moving and highly informative. If you’re in Dallas, this is a must-do for any history buff or anyone interested in this pivotal moment in American history!

Tim our tour guy was very informative and in depth. Gave us insights and his opinion on what happened and led up to that day. What Lee did afterwards and the events that led to his capture. We went on a tour van to retrace his movement all the way to the movie theater. Awesome experience

Great tour and Preston did an amazing job as tour guide. Learned a lot about Oswald and others during the tour. I would recommend in the future you tell participants to park in the museum parking lot for the book depository, and you should schedule at least one restroom break during the tour. That should be a must add.

Conspiracy theories were reviewed and debunked. Oswald’s house looked exactly like it did in 1963. The guide was very knowledgeable about Lee Oswald and his possible motives.

no idea what happened but when we arrived at the designated tour pick up, they didn't have us in their system. I was provided a number to call and the rep confirmed my reservation but couldn't explain why we were not on the schedule. Considering we had come from out of state for this experience it was extremely poor and we ended up doing a tour of the sites ourselves (which was awesome)

Probably the best tour I have ever taken and for sure the best tour guide I’ve ever had. Richard had so much knowledge and every little detail and behind the scenes tidbits you could imagine. He made the whole historical event come to life. Highly recommend this tour and Richard.
