John was very informative and led a great tour! I was always very interested in JFK and this made me want to dive in even deeper.

This was one of the best tours I have ever been on! Isaac was the tour guide and he was so knowledgeable, passionate, interesting, and most of all, DIPLOMATIC about the information he presented. He encouraged us to do our own research and keep an open mind, whether you believed Oswald acted alone or was part of an illicit plan. Although it is a somber tour, Isaac was engaging, friendly, and polite. Thanks to Viator and Isaac for an unforgettable experience. RIP JFK

This tour was informative and we were so pleased to have John as a tour guide - he was excellent. He had so much information. I learned a lot and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

We really got a lot out of this tour with Isaac.
He was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic throughout the trip. We learnt so much about the tragic event and the circumstances surrounding it.
A must do when you're in Dallas

We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Our guide Preston was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly answer any question. This tour should not be missed.

Tim was a great tour guide and knows a ton of interesting facts and theories. It was really convenient to have the bus take us around to see all the related sites rather than walk in the heat. Highly recommend this tour.
Paul_H, May 2026
Tim the tour guide was very knowledgeable on the events surrounding the assassination. He actually told us some things that we hadn’t heard before.

Whatever you think about that fateful day this tour will explain and explore several options in a very informative way. However one slight disappointment waa that although we passed the house at 214 W Neely st, where LHO lived with Marina we didn't stop even for a few minutes for a photo. And the location where the police officer waa killed by Oswald. The movie theatre waa passed but we didn't stop. Perhaps time was an issue.

Couldn't fault any aspect.

Worth the money if Preston is the guide. All you want to know. Museums included. Go early walk around yourself too

Our tour guide Anna really made the tour one to remember. She provided all the details and answered our questions. Highly recommend Anna.
Missy_H, Apr 2026
Anna was a very knowledgeable tour guide. I’d highly recommend the tour vs me just wandering around seeing the site. The tour takes you to several other locations and Anna our tour guide told us information we didn’t know.

Tour guide was very knowledgeable, was a fun tour! Enjoyed the rooming house as well as the 6th floor museum. I live locally, but had never done anything touristy, this was a nice experience.

Great tour, John was our tour guide and did an excellent job explaining the different sites and how they impacted the Kennedy assassination. Would highly recommend it.!

Preston was a great guide. He is very, very knowledgeable about JFK, his presidency and the years leading up to the events in Dallas, Lee Harvey Oswald and his background and Preston also provided great information about Jack Ruby. I would highly recommend this tour and if you get Preston as your guide, you will be grateful!

Great experience. Still thinking about it days later. Really made an impression. Tracy our tour guide was excellent.

I recommend this tour if you are interested in historical background and facts related to the JFK assassination. Dan, our tour guide for this viator JFK tour in Dallas, was clearly knowledgeable on the topic (JFK events and historical impact). He shared his knowledge in an enthusiastic manner, which kept the group's attention. While acknowledging various theories, he kept the tour very fact-based. He as also attentive to the group by making sure we had a bathroom stop and by patiently waiting for all group members to arrive before departing (even taking a phone call from someone who was lost finding the start location). Even by accommodating the needs of the group, he remained on time and on schedule.
I would recommend this tour (and in particular Dan) for any future tour-goers.
Be sure to opt for the tour that includes the Boarding Room and the Book Depository Museum admission.

Highly recommend this tour! Our guide, Preston, was extremely knowledgeable and did a wonderful job of keeping us engaged while sharing a ton of information. The Book Depository Museum is a must stop.

Isaac the tour guide had a wealth of information about the event. He didn’t read from a scripted line. Isaac has done a tremendous research about this event.

Anna was very knowledgeable and fun. I don't know what else to say. I leaned a lot. Now I have the minimum characters.
I think it is odd that when writing a review , one must meet a certain number of characters.

Preston’s knowledge was amazing and the. Viator tour was great all and easy. Learned a lot and very engaging.
Louis_K, Dec 2025
Very prompt from pickup to tour end. Loved that our operator, Preston texted my his photo, a description and pic of our van and its license plate. This is a great small group tour and our guide was extremely knowledgeable. He gave us so much background and as we proceeded through the tour we were so much more well informed. We can’t say enough about this tour, from value to the excellent tour professional.
Neil_M, Dec 2025
Brilliant tour with Preston. Visited all of the Bain sites associated with the fateful day in November 63. Preston was very knowledgeable, how he remembers all the facts and figures I will never know. Obviously has a passion for the subject.
Vanessal_P, Nov 2025
Our tour guide was phenomenal ( Isaiah). Very informative, and personal. He really took his time and explained every detail of information. I have never had a tour guide that was so intense in his presentation.
Jaime_B, Nov 2025
Preston, our guide, was fantastic . Learned a lot, particularly about Lee Harvey Oswald as well as Dallas' reaction to the assassination.
Lester_S, Oct 2025
This tour was absolutely outstanding! Our guide, Dan, was a master storyteller—his deep knowledge and passion for the history of the JFK assassination brought every moment to life. Walking through the 6th Floor Museum in the Texas School Book Depository, where Lee Harvey Oswald took the fateful shot, was an unforgettable experience. Standing in that historic spot and looking out the window gave me chills.
We also visited Oswald’s boarding house, saw the exact location where Officer Tippit was gunned down, and drove by the Texas Theatre where Oswald was captured. Each stop immersed us deeper into the story, and standing on the grassy knoll was truly surreal. Dan’s engaging style and attention to detail made this tour both moving and highly informative. If you’re in Dallas, this is a must-do for any history buff or anyone interested in this pivotal moment in American history!
