You assume all risks associated with using the Goldie’s Chariot party golf cart, as well as any risk of damage or loss to personal property while on the cart or at any locations visited during the tour. You agree not to hold Goldie’s Chariot, its employees, or successors liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss, and waive your right to bring any legal action for negligence or other claims. You affirm that you are at least eighteen years old, of sound mind, and understand the contents of this agreement. If you do not fully comprehend the terms, you should not sign or use a Goldie’s Chariot party golf cart until seeking legal advice. You agree not to reverse engineer or replicate the Goldie’s Chariot party golf cart, and release the owners and manufacturers from any liability for claims arising from your use of the cart. Rules for riders include being 18 years old or older, or accompanied by a legal guardian if under 18, no glass items, staying on the cart while it is moving, and not boarding while intoxicated. The Goldie’s Chariot Pilot has final authority, and passengers must adhere to all alcohol and behavior laws. Inappropriate behavior, such as extreme intoxication, offensive language or actions, and public disturbances, will result in immediate removal from the tour and a fine. Failure to comply may lead to the tour being terminated early with a fee charged to the renter. Any individual displaying symptoms of illness, including COVID-19, must not participate in the tour. By joining the tour, you assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

The tour guide was 30 minutes late and did not send us any type of message until I contacted him 10 minutes after the meet time. He simply drove us around to the murals. He did not know any information about the murals. He also gave us a lot of inaccurate information. Unbelievably expensive for simply a golf cart ride around town.

I would like to apologize for the miscommunication regarding our tardiness. The previous tour ran over due to excessive picture taking and I lost track of time while being engrossed in the Taurus. Additionally, we are not allowed to use our phones during a tour. I apologize for not providing more information about the murals; the information I did provide was accurate and sourced from the city. I was unable to answer your questions about brick and mortar. Knowing that you are a communication specialist and kindergarten teacher made me hesitant to speak, especially after our first conversation where I felt you were argumentative and critical of every word spoken.
I understand your concerns about the cost of the ride compared to others. While I cannot speak for other companies, I can assure you that our company has carefully considered the financial aspect to ensure both the customer and the company benefit. My husband and I had the pleasant surprise to be the only two on this tour. This made for an intimate and more in-depth tour experience. Our tour guide was professional, attentive, and friendly, and we were able to ask lots of questions and get into good conversations about the art we were seeing. We were able to see a lot of murals and quite a few that we would not have found on our own, such as those in alleyways and remote locations. This was a great way of experiencing the city and learning more about its history and its peoples through the murals and the stories they depicted. Highly recommended.

We arrived at the meeting place on time, but there was nobody there to meet us. After waiting a few minutes after 1, I called and was told that they see my reservation but I am not in the list for the tour at 1 pm, even though I have confirmation that it’s what I booked. They said someone would be out to us in 15-20 min. It took almost 30 minutes by the time our tour guide arrived. The ride itself was fun, the tour guide nice, but he just took us to the murals and wasn’t really able to tell us anything about them. Also, the tour is labeled as In the Streets and Eats Mural Art Tour - and it was mural art tour - there was nothing about “Eats” on this tour.

It seems that there was a mix-up with our system, as your tour was mistakenly booked during a time period that was blocked out. Unfortunately, Viator sometimes allows tours to be booked even when our system indicates otherwise.
I also want to apologize for the lack of detailed information provided about the murals on the tour. Additionally, I realize that there was a miscommunication about the food aspect of the tour. While we only provide information about recommended restaurants, I regret that we did not clarify that this particular tour does not include any stops for meals. However, there is a Bakery location along the route where you can grab some pastries if you so desire.
Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience or confusion this may have caused. We value your patronage and hope to make it up to you on a future tour.
