We enjoyed the diversity of the 4 wards. Our guide Tremaine was outstanding. He knew so much history from the beginning settlement to present day. We felt we got a good variety of architecture and history. Well done Tremaine!

First time in Charlotte and wanted to familiarize ourselves with the city. We decided to book the Southern Charm Historical City Cart Tour with Josh as our tour guide. He did a fantastic job. He was very knowledgeable of the city’s history and answered all our questions. We saw quite a bit of the city on a comfy golf cart. Thanks for the great experience Josh!

Overall, a pretty thorough tour of uptown, Charlotte. The tour guide was knowledgeable and provided some historical information which was interesting. The five person golf cart was new and fairly comfortable. However, two of the seats do face backwards towards traffic at an elevated height. That was uncomfortable for us because it made it difficult to really see the sites until we were parked and looking at them from the side. And we spent a good bit of time watching cars try to go around us. We would have preferred to buy a forward facing seat, even if that meant paying a bit more.

We are sorry you had a less experience. We do show from the side and pull over so everyone gets to see the history. Some
People actually prefer the back seats due to the pictures are great from that view. In the future if you book and want a specific seat, please call us and we will make sure you get that and there is no extra charge for that accommodation. We hope you enjoy the rest of your time in Charlotte.

The second part was boring. 45 minutes would have been enough. I am a bit disappointed, although our tour guide did his best to make it enjoyable.

So I checked into this. It is showing suspicion for a competitor review which we get occasionally and having it checked out. Upon review, other guests fully enjoyed and stated best tour they ever had. We get great reviews and we work hard for them and do great tours. It is a shame that some resort to hurt a company rather than work on their own. When we do have an issue, we accommodate right away. We love our true customers. That guide was one of the best and also legendary. Hope you enjoy the rest of your time in Charlotte.

I live in Charlotte. Our tour guide Tremaine was extremely knowledgeable. He was part home town guy and historian, and that mix lead to a very enjoyable tour of Charlotte. I highly recommend this tour and guide for visitors and residents!

If you, like me, didn't know very much about the history of Charlotte, take this tour, which informs you in Revolutionary War history, the significance of May 20th, the Civil War and Sherman, and the rise of this financial center. Josh did a fantastic job bringing these topics to life. And more!

This is a fantastic summary and tour of how Charlotte came into being. Josh was an excellent guide with interesting facts over the last 200+ years. I have lived in Charlotte 6 yrs, had very little idea of how important Charlotte was to American Independence. More trees than seen in most any other city. My relative was impressed the decisions that formed the layout of the Uptown. We both enjoyed Josh's mastery of the information along with his humor. A great personality for this historical tour.
