What a truly amazing experience. You can pretty much guess from the pictures on the website how fun this experience will be, but I was pleasantly surprised on how rich and interesting Charlotte’s history is.
My adult son was passing through Charlotte so I was looking for a low key activity that wouldn’t eat up a ton of time: the Wild Things Rydables Tour was perfect!
I moved to Charlotte about 5 1/2 years ago and did a ton of research on Charlotte and its history prior to moving here so thought I was pretty knowledgeable. John, our tour guide did such an amazing job of detailing the history while keeping it entertaining and interesting. I learned so much that I didn’t know about the wards and uptown and can’t wait to share my newfound knowledge.
The Rydables themselves are cute, easy to operate and so much fun to ride. They are comfortable and sturdy; just be ready for lots of positive attention they bring lots of smiles and comments.
My other son will be here next month and I have at least two more sets of guests coming to visit me in Charlotte before the end of the year and I will be booking tours for all three visits. Thank you again John and I hope to see you again next month! I highly recommend this tour

Obviously fun, but so informative! Able to cruise all over Charlotte in wacky ride ons, but if you’re lucky to get John as your tour guide you will not only see so much, but learn such interesting facts about Charlotte! I would recommend to anyone and if you want a tour of such a beautiful city, this is the way to go!

Absolutely loved this tour. Though I am a local I took my Texas parents on this tour and they had so much fun. John (I am horrible with names, sorry if I got that wrong) was super informative and we LOVED hearing everything he brought to our attention. I will definitely be bringing more guests as they come to visit us.

The tour was very informative, with lots of interesting facts. Isaiah was a great guide and answered all the questions we had. The Rydables were easy to drive and it was fun to watch the reactions from people we passed. Definitely would do this tour again!

We had such an incredible time on the Wild Things Rydables tour! It is easily one of the most unique ways to see Uptown Charlotte. My wife and I couldn't stop laughing as we cruised around on these giant stuffed animal scooters. The 4th Ward is beautiful, and our guide was fantastic and super knowledgeable about the city's history. If you're looking for something that keeps you entertained, this is it. 10/10 would recommend!

Absolute great time. The rideable was easy to operate and the built in speaker WAS PERFECT! We could hear our tour guide and didn’t miss a fact. Isiah (our guide) was knowledgeable, had the perfect tone and we were lucky to have him.

It was a fun way to learn the history of Charlotte. John knew his stuff, and he was very friendly and upbeat! Carol was friendly and gave us handwarmers. We were so glad the trip wasn’t cancelled because it isn’t tourist season and it was cold! Only two of us and they still made us feel wanted and special! Thanks! It was great!

Really fun and interesting tour of downtown Charlotte and it’s 4 wards. Rideables are easy to operate and safe even for older and younger visitors. Guide was very nice and well informed. I highly recommend.

Attended the rydeables with my family. . What a great experience. Our guide Lauren was great. She answered every question and gave a great tour. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to have fun and experience a little taste of Charlotte.

Brought a friend from NY and our Tour was on a Sunday. The city was quiet so the sidewalk trek was great. Carol gave us a wonderful spin around the 4 Quarters. She has a walkie talkie on each of the wimsical rydes and narrated the fun facts as we zipped along. Seeing the tiniest park, birdhouses and oldest homes, as well as the various murals and artful spots was time well spent!

Found out Rydables through Facebook and really thrilled that I got to experience it 😊. Our tour guide Isaiah was really polite, educated on Charlottes history and attentive to our needs. 10/10 recommend and if ever in town again, would do it again. 😍😆😆can I tell you how excited I was to do it with my adult kids … it was soooooo fun..
