Cute little aquarium. A bit on the small side and definitely geared more towards kids, but still very nice. All the fish were very active and vibrant.
Brenda_B, Feb 2026
It's really nice and staff members are knowledgeable and friendly. Also, you can go through the aquarium multiple times that same day.

Went with my service dog on Christmas Eve alone. She got excited about the fish and barked once. Staff approached me and told me we would be asked to leave if she barked again. Very upsetting to be treated so harshly
Caidence_P, Dec 2025
we had a blast we really liked everything they had and the decorations was cute for christmas and for kids
Roseann_M, Oct 2025
We enjoyed our time at the aquarium. It was informative and there were all kinds of underwater creatures to see. The staff was knowledgeable. A good place to take children.
Russell_A, Oct 2025
Was fun and informative. There were many animals that did not have signs/labels for them. Weren’t sure how to engage certain interactive children’s activities.
Jason_L, Oct 2025
Aquarium was good enjoyed seeing all the fish. It’s more for kids than grown-ups, which is all right. We still enjoyed it.
Adrienn_F, Sep 2025
Did not get the ticket, nor information why, it was revealed when we got to the place and we could not enter.
It was not professional and helpful, how it was handled.
Not recommending at all to buy this way, go and pay at the event, as i t is possible. The staff is very helpful, the will rock it for you.

This is a very small aquarium in a mall. Not sure how one spends 2h there. We walked slowly through all the exhibits and did all the little assignments and were done in less than an hour. Exhibits are interesting and well maintained, there are just not a lot of them. Not worth $25 per person in my opinion.
Mandy_S, Jun 2025
Small Aquarium, great for small children and families , includes a nice area for interaction, a nice break from the mall.
Janice_J, Dec 2024
There were too few exhibits for the admission price. If I were to put a value to it, I’d say $10 to $15 should be the most paid.
Karen_M, Dec 2024
Boring for adults, ok for small children. Expensive for what it is. Nothing special about the exhibit.
Onelia_R, Dec 2024
Is a small little aquarium for toddlers not for a family. A big disappointment, staff was friendly..

U took my 7 year old daughter she enjoyed the tunnel tank the most.she loved stamping her own card. Also picture with a mermaid
Kathy_W, Aug 2024
We took my 7 month old granddaughter for her first aquarium visit. It was the perfect length and had amazing tanks for viewing! We can’t recommend it enough for littles.
ghenthillrebel, Jul 2024
Our niece and nephew came up from Florida and they enjoyed it very much And so did us adults We even liked making our own fish and painting them
Otis_R, Mar 2024
Worse aquarium I’ve ever visited. Really small and danky. We have visited plenty of aquariums around the county. This was by far the absolute most disappointing. It may be fine for children 5 and under, but good aquariums wow everyone 0-100 years old. This one did not.
Therese_L, Dec 2023
This was a great place to go with kids. There are so many things for them to do and look at. The dive passport was fun because the kids could go around collecting stamps for a prize in the gift shop
Jennifer_T, Dec 2023
Watching my grown kids enjoy the sealife. Seeing the turtle in the rescue tank and watching the jellyfish
Clay_B, Mar 2023
Enjoyed the variety of marine life to see. The tunnel made viewing up close and personal. Small children enjoy looking for the 8 challenges.
Sharon, Mar 2023
When I saw that the aquarium was in a mall I wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised by how big it was and how many cool things they had to see. I really enjoyed the visit.
Terri_C, Feb 2023
Watch sealife in the tunnel (over our heads) was thrilling. This is an experience that all families must go and see.
Brittany_M, Dec 2022
This is a great stop in town for the family and kiddos! We stopped at the touch tank and they had plenty to see. During Christmas time they had beautiful trees and decorations to keep in the holiday spirit!
Pamela_C, Oct 2022
Expected a bit more since this is the only Aquarium in the Charlotte area. Tanks could use some TLC. Fish all appeared to be in great health. Staff was excellent. I am glad we went this once.
Sheila_S, Oct 2022
Loved the sea turtles and the tunnel . Enjoyed being able to pet the star fish and crab.. over all good experience.
karen_y, Jul 2022
SURPRISED this aquarium is in a mall. Decent size, kinda pricey, thought would have more for the money
Daniel_S, Jul 2022
A fun little aquarium, geared mostly for young children. The tanks are full and clean with a surprising variety of fish on display for its size.
willie_c, Jul 2022
Good experience for kids not for adults. Good for younger children but for adults we've seen a lot more
Edward_P, Jul 2022
My grandkids excitement. They really had a nice time. The location was very favorable because we had access to other venues.
DAISY_M, Jun 2022
Never buy through Viator, they are pretentious liars and cheaters. They intercepted my inquiry and sold me the tickets. Never again!
