For Pick up Details: Our Complimentary Airport Pick-up time is between 10:00AM and 9:00PM. (Please be noticed the listed time refers to the meeting time with our staff after claiming your baggage) Instructions: Buffalo Niagara International Airport has only one terminal. After exiting your flight, please take the escalator down to the first floor to reach the baggage claim area. Once you have collected your luggage, exit the terminal and proceed to one of the designated passenger pickup zones. Please inform us or your tour guide (if you have already been contacted in advance) of the pickup zone number where you are located. The driver or guide will come to pick you up as soon as possible. For Drop off Details: Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF) Please book your flights departing time after 5:00PM.

Tickets and Charges: Pre-purchased tickets or city passes are not accepted. Buy through us or via the guide. Group reservations recommended.
Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.
Booking Guidelines For parties exceeding four guests or those requiring separate rooms, please create separate bookings. To stay together on the same bus, provide all confirmation numbers once your bookings are complete.
Leaving the Group: If leaving the group early, inform the tour guide and sign a departure form. No refunds for unused portions.
Gifts and Refunds: Gifts provided during the tour may change due to unforeseen factors like weather. Fees will not be refunded for changes.
Hotel Rooms: Accommodate 2-4 guests with either two Full/Double beds or one King/Queen bed (based on availability); deposits are processed via credit card. For groups over four or separate rooms, please book separately.
What to Bring: Comfortable shoes and clothes, sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, cash, and drinks for hydration.

Closed Attractions: If a scenic spot is closed, an alternative will be provided. COVID-19 may affect attraction hours and capacity.
