This was our first of three and we loved it! Our guide was wonderful, very knowledgeable, great food choices. Something we loved about all of them you taste but also have the option to purchase whatever you like! The confirmation includes directions and clear meeting locations! Will absolutely book again

Great experience of seeing Brooklyn and learning all types of information. Great local food experience. Not a touristy trap. Everything was amazing. I would do this tour again. But wear comfortable walking shoes because you are walking a lot.

Rather expensive tour for limited foods. Would suggest a historical tour and then find places to eat on your own.

Alex was a great guide. He is very informative and knowledgeable, so it made the educational element of the tour very enjoyable. The huge downside was the actual food experience. The samples themselves were quite small and having been on numerous food tours, I am confident to say this one by far provided the smallest portions. Some of the samples provided were only a portion of the offering (e.g., 1/4 of a bagel or a very thin slice of pizza). Understanding the tour is not intended to fill you up like a sit-down meal, but the samples were fairly small. The food itself was mediocre. Again, Alex was great but the food not so much.

Worth it. Alex was great. Never knew there was so much to know about Brooklyn. Beautiful homes, vibrant businesses and gorgeous views. And the history is fascinating made even more so by Alex’s telling.

The whole experience was super nice Eric was our tour guide and we ran like 15 minutes behind figuring out the trains. Eric made sure I knew how to get there and if he had moved he let me know the next place so I could meet them we only missed one place but still got the snack from there. All the food was delicious and it was such good history to hear and see. I think we will be staying in dumbo next time we come.

We had a great time. Brian was great guide and gave us some good background on each location along with the Brooklyn and Dumbo neighborhoods. This is a great tour and the amount of food was filling but didnt make us feel too stuffed. Would highly recommend this tour. Brian also gave us a dinner recommend for Thai that was awesome!

What an awesome tour! Tavia, our guide, was amazing! She was knowledgeable, personable, friendly, and fun. She took us to great places to eat and exposed us to some breathtaking sites. The partial walk across the Brooklyn Bridge was fantastic and unforgettable, as well. I highly recommend this tour!

Food choice to experience dumbo is a let down. They could have chosen more hearty food or snack choices that really celebrates Brooklyn Dumbo!

This was so much fun!! We learned an amazing amount about Brooklyn from Brooklyn Heights to DUMBO. We ate a cool variety of tasty treats. Our guide, Eric, was incredible and informative and upbeat! He was a wealth of information! If you like history and enjoy food, this tour is for you!!
We happened to go on a very hot day so there was a good bit of sweating going on. You will walk up on the Brooklyn Bridge, so a person who is not in at least fair shape might have difficulty. If you have a neck fan, that will help.

We had an incredible experience on our Brooklyn food tour! Our guide, Mickey, was absolutely amazing—so knowledgeable about the buildings, history, and bridges we passed as we explored the neighborhood. Her passion and storytelling made the walk through DUMBO and down to the Brooklyn Bridge so memorable.
The food was delicious and perfectly spaced throughout the tour—flaky scones, delicate tea cookies, rich chocolates, and of course, that unforgettable pizza from Julianna’s! We also met some fantastic fellow travelers from Missouri, San Diego, and even Sweden, which made the day even more enjoyable.
Highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to discover Brooklyn’s food scene with a healthy dose of history and local flavor. Ask for Mickey—she’s the best!
