Honestly one of the best city tours we’ve ever taken. Miriam was THE BEST! It’s always a wonderful experience when you can tell someone truly enjoys their job. Miriam was so knowledgeable. The walk was easy and food choices were perfect. She stopped at the best sites and took great photos to boot. Highly recommend this tour. You won’t regret it!

Greg really gave us a local insight that showed the immense depth and history within the neighbor. Seeing how the neighborhood had evolved with the historical buildings around it. Exposing us to the local food spots that also carry their own history was a joy to experience. He really showed a massive insight of knowledge of the area and the joy it gave him to share the experience with us

Very good tour. However you don’t go on the bridge. I think they need to be more specific on what types of food you get prior to the tour. All in all, a great tour guide and a well worthy tour.

Great food. Awesome tour.

Do not miss this Food Tour!

Brian_J, Jul 2026
Gregg was amazing! My partner and I absolutely loved this food tour which honestly was even more than I was expecting. Gregg gave us some history of the area, the various cultures that make up the area and the historical significance of the area which was a nice touch for America’s 250 year history that’s origin story started right in Brooklyn New York, formerly new Amsterdam and before that, the indigenous people’s of North America which is where part of my own family history comes from. The food was fantastic. We had a great time sharing culture and perfect small bites. Gregg was mindful about the heat and the needs of our group and made sure we got to everything promised on our 3 hour tour that went by faster than we expected. I could not possibly recommend this tour more. I’m originally from New York, and for the first time in 46 years, I was made an even prouder New Yorker than I’d previously been. Gregg obviously has a number of interests and has deep pride in being a New Yorker whose roots are originally from Peru like so many United States Citizens who come from all over the world. We find a home here and we make our significance known to those who get to experience our presence and many contributions.

This is my first time in NYC. The walking tour was a Great way to have a unique experience with local foods & sights in Brooklyn. The guide gave very interesting insights and details of the area and buildings. Beautiful day, thank you!

Megan the tour queen.

Cecille_T, Jun 2026
Megan was absolutely the best tour guide anyone could hope for!!! She was so knowledgeable, funny and kind. This tour gave us an excellent feel for Brooklyn heights on Dumbo. The food was fantastic and plentiful (Despite some of the reviews...If you're going to be put off by having to split a giant bagel with your buddy, because you're going to get to eat a bunch of other stuff, then don't get this tour 🙄. We were STUFFED). DON'T THINK TWICE. DO ITTTTTT.

Fantastic Tour!

Lynn_G, May 2026

This was our first time visiting Brooklyn. So we decided to do the Brooklyn walking food tour. Greg was our Tour Guide and he was very educational. We enjoyed some of the local food to the area and learning that there’s a lot of history in Brooklyn. This was definitely worth it and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to experience Brooklyn!

Joanne_M, May 2026
Tour guide was nice and we ate a lot of food, lots of breakfast food, egg sandwich, bagel with cream cheese, pizza, pastry, pastrami, phew we were very full!

Loved this tour with Greg!

Kathy_M, May 2026
Greg provided a great tour, giving the background and significance of each restaurant and owner’s story, why they got started and how it tied into the neighborhood. We loved the historical information about Brooklyn, the neighborhoods and the people who made a difference and impact in each. Greg was personable, professional and kept us on time. He gave recommendations of other things to see and how to get there. Would definitely sign up for his other tours - highly recommend!

Worth going

Greg was knowledgeable and shared so much fascinating history about the neighborhoods, architecture, culture, and local stories along the way. The tour was the perfect blend of walking, amazing food stops, and history, every food stop was thoughtfully chosen and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this tour, especially if you want a deeper, more authentic experience of Brooklyn.
