John is super knowledgeable and friendly! My husband and I had a wonderful time learning about whiskey, and the tasting was great!

A very good tour experience!!

Anonymous, Sep 2026

I participated in a distillery tour as one of my trips from Japan to New York. On the day, because there were no other participants, it was one-on-one with the guide tour staff and me, but You were very kind to me even though I don't understand English. (We communicated via a self-developed smartphone translation app.) It was a very good tour experience! Thank you!!
