While the tour host shared a lot of interesting information, his props and visual aids, (well-intended) were sub-par. I was more impressed by Viator's communications (confirmations, emails, etc.). Those interactions and exchanges were far superior to the quality of the excursion tour itself. So, somewhat of a letdown overall.

History of the town and buildings was enjoyable. Randy was an excellent tour guy. Very funny and loved the chocolate treats made with Maine mashed potatoes!!

I loved that the tour guide is a direct descendant of Bar Harbor founders. I loved hearing the history. We liked that Charlie used his iPad to show old photos.
