This tour was paid for and confirmed, but it never happened!!! 40 minutes after our tour was supposed to start and after I messaged Viator a few times, the tour operator finally messaged me to say the tour wasn’t available that day. Very poor communications between the tour operator and Viator which left us hanging. We had driven an hour and a half to get there for nothing. I would have welcomed any help from the vendor like maybe setting us up with or recommending one of his associates or competitors, just a name or two that we could have looked up. Instead he messaged that there are plenty of other vendors that do the same thing that I could find on my own. There might be more out there, but we couldn’t find any. Not happy!

Teddy was our guide for our Austin tour. ABSOLUTELY phenomenal. WOW. Will be asking for Teddy again next time. Fabulous tour. Wonderful service. We had the best time. It was completely amazing.
