Fascinating tour by professional team.

We arrived a bit early but chose the wrong location to wait. That was our fault, they had sent a very detailed text that morning I missed. Regardless they wait for us as we were just a few minutes late. Could not have been kinder. Our host whose name escapes me was just so personable and made us feel incredibly welcome. Our guide was Harry. Harry has the unique skill of reaching people through his words and you could sense his love of what he does as he describes each grave he took us too. A complete wealth of historical information he told fascinating stories tied to each location. Wise guy tours is a small business that treats there guests with a level of respect and interest that made this tour unique and complete. I highly recommend them if you’re thinking of taking this tour. It is well worth it.

Thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Laura is my kind of tour guide. She’s hilarious. We ate delicious food, got some great restaurant recommendations, and got to learn more about Savannah from a cultural and comedic point of view. And for anyone concerned about the walking, the walks weren’t long at all and they were 100% worth it. Plus, you burn calories from the food you just ate! 10/10 would recommend.

A Day with Dennis

We arrived and got on the bus with Dennis! Now first off, let me tell you about Dennis! He is the sweetest, funniest, most caring person. And he is so knowledgeable about the areas he will take you to. He supplied enough water to the tour goers that we had all the water we needed through the entire tour. Dennis pulled the bus over when we arrived at the Tybee Island welcome sign. He took multiple pictures with each person’s (each couple) camera in front of the sign. That is the best picture I had on my camera from the entire trip. Getting on the boat with Captain Derrick and Chelsea was an awesome experience. We saw so many dolphins. We are 70 and 71 but you would have thought we were 12. We had a blast and it was so exciting each time we saw a dolphin or group of dolphins!! Then we went to The Original Crab Shack for lunch. It was an awesome meal, but the other things to visit and see were just as awesome! We saw the rescued parrots. It was around 3pm, so just like me and my husband, it was their nap time. They are all beautiful birds! And did you mention alligators? Must have been 100s of them. All babies and they loved for you to feed them. Then back on the bus with Dennis and to the beach, light house, gift store and ice cream shop. There was also a bar at The Crab Shack and at the beach area. We had the best day! It was worth every penny spent. Thanks Dennis for an amazing day!!!!

The Savannah History and Haunts Candlelit Ghost Walking Tour and our guide were fantastic! The tour showcases various historic sites and context and stories about hauntings based on events that occurred. Our tour guide, a female who went to SCAD (whom I sorry I can't recall her name) was an excellent storyteller and managed a large tour group well.

This ghost walking tour was one of the highlights of our trip to Savannah! Walking through the city while hearing its stories made the history and atmosphere come alive in a way that a traditional tour simply couldn’t. The tour was a pleasant walk over several blocks. The guide gave plenty of opportunities for people to ask questions. I heard different stories this time, so it kept my attention. Things to remember are to wear comfortable shoes and bring bug spray. Don't forget to write down where you parked so that you don't lose your car.
