    Dissatisfied with shuttle service from Seatac area hotel to cruise port!

    Driver was 45 minutes late getting us at the hotel. I had to call Viator to ask where he was. I never heard from him until I called the Viator office. I texted him about four times this week, asking him to pick us up at 11:45 and reiterated the name of the hotel. When he arrived, he said he had been at the wrong hotel. He was on his phone the entire time he was driving us to the port. He was looking at his phone the entire time he was driving. It was raining and there was traffic.He never called one time to say he was running late and I didn’t have a number for him. I was very dissatisfied with the service. I have booked a trip from the cruise to the airport next Saturday and I think I will cancel it as I don’t have any faith in this Viator service. I have used Viator several times and been pleased but not this time!!
