Day trip to Lake Louise and Lake Moraine

We had a great day with Banff Day Tours. Our tour guide, Joshua, was excellent!! He provided us with so much history of the area. He made a point of learning everyone’s name and making sure everyone was included in the activities of the day no matter what your mobility status was. He was thoughtful and respectful of every passenger. Participants should dress for the weather and remember to bring water and morning snacks. Expect a delightful day in this beautiful area.

The recorded narrative was informative and easy to hear. The driver (Aki ??) answered my questions at the lake Louise and Morraine stops. We took the 8:00 AM tour and noted that the large crowds started to arrive at the two lakes about the time we were leaving. And, the cost for our early October tour was lees than half of the others we found on line. A great value, well organized, nice and clean about 12/15 person van and quick and close access to both lakes.

A Must Do and See!

These places are a must see while visiting Banff - absolutely gorgeous! Quaid was the best, very accommodating and knowledgeable as he is a local! He let us know about the scenery, history, restaurants and even which bathrooms were best. He is very personable and was a delight - and answered every question. I would highly recommend this tour and tour guide - a must while visiting this beautiful national park!

Best day ever

We had an amazing experience visiting this national park! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and every stop along the way offered something beautiful and unique to see. The scenery was even better than we expected, with incredible landscapes and plenty of opportunities to take pictures and enjoy nature. Our guide was excellent, very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire experience. They explained interesting facts about the park and made sure everyone had a great time. We felt comfortable, learned a lot, and truly enjoyed every moment of the trip. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting the area. It was definitely a memorable adventure, and we would love to come back again!

First, I would like to commend Viator as a fabulous travel provider! we've had two trips with them and their communications, help, and support have been second to none! Well done to all staff. We booked the Canadian Banff/Canmore etc trip and it was the highlight of our holiday. Comfy coach, great views, and our tour guide MARCO was just the most brilliant tour guide ever. If you get a chance to go on one of his tours - do so - he's amazing! Warm, funny, great choice of music on the way, sensitive, helpful, can't praise him highly enough. Highly recommend!

Easy drive from Banff. Wonderful, spectacular views. Loved the Minnewanka moment of silence. Tho would have like a bit more. We were lucky enough to hear a loon! Saw an eagle bur no other wildlife. Stopped at Two Jack and Johnson lakes driving back to banff. Matt and Vik did a great job. Thanks to Vik for suggesting sunshine gondola! We loved it.
