Luxury tour - but Mother Nature can’t be bribed

First off our tour guide Rahul was excelllent. Very accommodating and payed tons of attention to all the guests. The vehicle we were picked up in was second to none. By far the nicest 12 seater in the business. However is snowed almost our entire day, so that meant we didn’t see much. Johnston canyon was still excellent, actually very charming with the snow. Lake Louise we could see the peaks a bit but overall most of it was clouded over. For the price, had we been able to see everything, this is the tour. Just cross your fingers for no snow. If we come back we’re going to give this one another shot. Thanks!!

You Won’t Regret It!

Robbie was an amazing and informative tour guide. The stops were well thought out based on weather, ice, etc. We saw so much wildlife: bear, sheep, deer, elk, etc. If you’re looking for a way to see a lot in a decently short period of time - don’t hesitate to book!

Awesome for me - not so good for the young lady behind me

This was a highlight of my visit to Banff National Park! The trail through the tall spruce trees and along the river bank was EXACTLY what I had been wishing for!! The price, the time on Tucker and the views were perfect. The only thing that saddened me was that the young lady behind me was on a more spirited horse and she was getting increasingly anxious - which Rumour was sensing. Staff member Naomi who was at the back of our group had little to no sympathy. In the last 10 minutes of the ride, I was keeping Rumour and his rider calm. She ended the ride in tears. This shouldn’t have happened.

Recommend this overview tour of Lake Louise and Banff.

This was a very enjoyable day. The weather was perfect for viewing Lake Louise, which is still frozen in mid May. Our guide Mark did a nice job explaining the sights, and was happy to answer questions. He was right on time picking us up at our hotel in Banff. The ice cleats he provided kept us from slipping on some icy patches on the trail up to the Johnston Canyon lower falls. There were about 14 people in our group.

Phenomenal time seeing and learning about wildlife & Banff!

I highly recommend this tour! Our guide Nolan was phenomenal! He had so many fun facts, knew so much about the wildlife and history of Banff, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and happy during the tour. We also had amazing luck with seeing wildlife! We saw a bear, lots of elk and bighorn sheep, loons, and mule and white-tailed deer! Not only did we see a ton of wildlife, but we also got to see some amazing spots in Banff, including Two Jack Lakes, Lake Minnewanka, and beautiful overlooks! We also had access to water and bathrooms during the tour and were able to get out and look around at the different stops, which was great. Highly recommend, and well worth the price!! 3 hours was the perfect length of time to see a lot animals while also not being stuck on a tour all day!

Worth It!

The tour was absolutely amazing. Ben was very knowledgeable, and had lots of insight into the attractions as well as sights we passed along the way, he had great food recommendations and a fun sense of humor. Everything was super organized, and we were given the perfect amount of time for each stop. Fabulous Experience

We arrived ahead of our tour time, check in was quick and efficient. Then the trip began with a short bus tour to the Icefield Explorer where we met Mitch our driver, he was professional, very knowledgeable with good sense of humour making the journey fun. Standing on the Glacier was a wow factor such an experience. We then travelled to the Sky Walk and wow breathtaking views and a fabulous experience.
