Even though it was raining 🌧️ and windy, this was a great experience. You could see 50% of the City. The atmosphere was so peaceful, clean and inviting. Definitely worth it. I will be returning to the View.

Seeing Boston from the roof top was a privilege and an honor. I got meet a dear friend while touring. She described some the view, shared stories about herself and her family. It is a good place for viewing and connections. I would want to be proposed to up there! Won't you?!

there is no restaurant so if you want to eat must go before or after there are no drink or bar I was disappointed because it would be a perfect place to enjoy a coffee or tea with such a great view

Experience overpriced. The views was great that's about it you can do it in 15 minutes. Everything else was whacked. Fake flowers everywhere it didn't make sense. Table and chairs not in order just a 15 walk-around nothing worth that price.

Fun to see the city from this point but nothing else to do unless you come after 3pm. No food or drink before 3p. Not advertised as such when booking.

Our bar and food service do open later in the day, and we’re actively working with our partners, including Viator, to make sure those details are more clearly communicated so guests can plan their visit accordingly. While food and drink are part of the later-day experience, we aim to provide plenty to explore throughout the day, including our indoor and outdoor observation decks and immersive exhibits that help guests discover Boston from a new perspective

Not only do you get 360 degrees through the glass, there are balcony views outside as well which I wasn’t expecting at all.

Obviously the weather does impact the views but it did stop raining before our assigned time. The views were okay with no one (four other visitors) on the observation level.

Lots of fun

Really fun. Kids are 10 and 12 and had fun identifying buildings around the city. Took my 7 and 4 year old grandchildren the week before with their Dad on a gorgeous day and they loved it. The video in the theater should be in a Boston welcome center or more heavily advertised. Sell some good food and more people would go up.

Fun for the family

Fantastic views and fun for little kids. We took our baby up and he loved pointing at all the buildings and cars driving on the roads bellow. The miniature diorama of the city was super cool as well.

Best Views In All of Boston

The views from the top of the Prudential Center are amazing! We got there around 6:15 pm And stay till about 7:15ish. On this day the outside deck was closed due to high winds, but besides that it's amazing up there. You can see Fenway Park, Logan airport and The Encore casino and beyond. I want with my partner but it is good for any occasion including kids, elderly or groups. Definitely recommend.

My 1 year old had the time of his life! He truly enjoyed the views and sights of it all! I was nervous at first but the moment we went in he was full of joy and amazement!

Cool to checkout but definitely a one and done thing. Unfortunately with the recent snow you couldn't go out on the deck which was a bummer. There was also a private event which blocked some of your access. Amazing views though

Wonderful experience with our tour. The actors were fabulous! We recommend this tour 💯 . The gift shop was awesome and we bought a few souvenirs for family.

Bad Weather

Unfortunately through no fault of their own, a noreaster came in while we were visiting Boston so we were not able to see very much. We did meet a very nice man that works for Boston View. His name is Ben. He spent a lot of time talking about things in Boston and the surrounding area that we were not able to see because of the weather.
