Two for one: exercise + wine tasting

This bike tour was the perfect way to spend a sunny autumn day in Sonoma! It was just the right amount of activity and relaxation. Our guide, Mike, was very knowledge, patient and friendly. Lunch was super yummy. Filling. Healthy options as well. Mike made sure we were careful on the roads. The scenery was gorgeous. The staff at the wineries were also very friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed meeting locals! I would highly recommend taking a pedal assist tour on your visit to Sonoma! Loved that I could turn off the assist and get some exercise!

Great Time

When I signed up for the tour, I wasn’t sure what to expect as I have never been to Napa before. Hector at the company was very nice about helping us figure out where to go and our Driver was Erik Mendoza. He was absolutely wonderful. He was so nice and helpful and just made the experience so great. We went to Mumm Winery and James Cole. We asked to go to a different spot for lunch then was on the itinerary and Erik was very accommodating. We went to Taqueria Maria and I have never had better food. It was a wonderful day.

Fun winery tour

While I chose this tour for the trolley experience, I am grateful they switched to an air conditioned bus due to the heat. The guide was personable and had many enjoyable side stories. We went on a Thursday and the wineries we not too busy, which was nice for us. The provided lunch was delicious and there was more than enough food. Overall a great tour.

Amazing tour!

We have been on a couple of food walking tours in the past, and this hands down was the best one we have been on. The tour guide made the experience and picked the best local places to eat and drink at. Would definitely recommend this tour!

The Audio Tour is amazing if one wants to drive around a place and hear interesting and fun stories about each stop on the tour. Tony was absolutely fantastic! He drove our group of three couples around Napa for two days, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Wonderful tour and day spent with Michael as our driver/guide and Craig as his sidekick (in training). The day was wonderful visiting 4 different wineries and Michael and Craig both provided excellent comments with a little history along the way. Very entertaining and informative. The other groups on the trip provided additional enjoyment and made the whole trip better, met people from different parts of the country. Overall highly recommended and would do it again when back in Sonoma

What An Experience

Safari West was such an amazing adventure from start to finish. We got to see so many beautiful and unique animals up close, and the entire experience felt both exciting and educational. Our guide was incredibly informative, friendly, and passionate about the animals, which made the tour even more enjoyable. I also loved learning about the conservation efforts and hearing fun facts throughout the safari. One thing I didn’t realize before visiting was that they have cabins available for overnight stays. After seeing the property, I can honestly say it would be such a fun and memorable getaway. We are already planning to come back for a longer stay and would love to experience one of the behind-the-scenes tours next time. Highly recommend Safari West for families, couples, or anyone who loves animals and nature.

GREAT GOURMET AND WINE EXPERIENCE IN NAPA

When I hired the tour I knew what it was about for that reason I was not surprised. It met my expectations, as we made a 3-hour train ride through cellars, in an incredibly well maintained and presented wagon, the welcome glass of foamer, a step lunch and with 4 wine options to taste. The only recommendation I would make, which is perhaps impossible to realize, is that being the same round trip, it would be good if you did not see the same thing on both trips, it would involve the train turning.

I knew going to this tour I’d go to wineries that may not typically have tours open to the public. The first winery, Mayo was great. I’ve been to a few tours now and learned so much. The other girls on the trip were very knowable and asked great questions, it made the tour much more enjoyable. The second winery, we had lunch and met the winemaker himself. What an experience!! The final winery was a tasting that was casual which was nice and gorgeous. Army, our driver was hilarious and witty. He’s the absolute best. I wish I could take him home. Alas, the commutation of this tour company and busses exceeded my expectation. I would go on this tour again to visit more small wineries.
