The best!

Adam, the tour guide, was awesome! He took professional quality pictures for all the people on the bus, expressed expectations very clearly to everyone, and gave friendly reminders for good park and bus behavior. It was scorching hot outside, and the bus was comfortable. Adam was armed with ice cold waters when we finished our free time around the park. I witnessed Adam connecting personally with everyone on the bus, and he was very visible at Eagle Point and Guano Point so that anyone who had a question or issue could have it quickly addressed. I would do the tour again in a heartbeat. Great job to Adam and the bus driver who entertained and educated us while safely getting us to and from our destination.

Going Solo? No problem!

I took this tour solo and had a great experience. Met some fun people. The guide was engaging, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel welcome. It was a fun way to explore. Be prepared to do quite a bit of walking, so comfortable shoes are a must. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, and I would definitely recommend it to solo travelers!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Experience with River Dogz and Michelle! This was my second time taking the Emerald Cove Kayak Tour, and it was every bit as amazing as the first. As a kayak guide myself in Florida, I have a strong understanding of what makes a great guide and a great tour, and Michelle exceeded every expectation. From the very beginning, Michelle was proactive and communicative, providing clear directions and instructions before the tour so there was no confusion about where and when to meet. During the shuttle ride, she thoroughly explained the itinerary, set expectations for the day, and made everyone feel comfortable and prepared. Before we launched, Michelle provided excellent paddling instruction and a comprehensive safety briefing. Once on the water, her knowledge was truly impressive. She shared fascinating information about the area’s plants, wildlife, history, geology, and the environmental impacts of the ongoing water shortages. Her passion for the region was evident and added so much value to the experience. Our group included paddlers with a wide range of skill levels, but Michelle expertly managed everyone, ensuring that each participant felt safe, included, and was having a great time. She paced the tour perfectly, provided plenty of opportunities to rest, and kept everyone hydrated and energized with snacks. Even on an extremely hot day, she made the experience comfortable and enjoyable. One thing that really stood out was that Michelle took numerous photos throughout the trip, allowing us to stay present and enjoy the scenery without worrying about capturing every moment ourselves. She also provided us with opportunities and experiences that other tour groups were not receiving, making the day feel even more special. If you’re visiting Las Vegas, this tour should absolutely be at the top of your list. The beauty of Emerald Cove is incredible, and River Dogz delivers a first-class experience. I’m already planning a longer adventure with River Dogz in the future, and I will definitely be requesting Michelle as our guide. Excellent, excellent, excellent! Highly recommended. 🚣‍♀️🌄✨

Thanks for a wonderful tour!

Everything was excellent and well organized. We had a great time! I've been to a lot of tours and I thought the drive itself on this one would be boring but I appreciate our tour guide Teresa made every instruction clear and precise and the entire trip enjoyable and informative. Our driver uncle Jack made our trip safe and both of them were so nice and considerate when we needed restroom breaks . Kudos to those two!

Great first time

Everything was great, it was 100 degrees but wasn’t hot when you on water kayaking. The water so refreshing, the scenery was beautiful. We enjoyed it very much. Also, it was our first time and it was easy! Just listen to instructions, the tour guide looks like he enjoy it himself so that’s a plus.

Mama was our guide, and...

Mama was our guide, and our drivers were Leslie and Yan. Just wanted to say a huge thank you to all of them for prioritising our comfort throughout the entire trip. Mama was extremely structured and organised, making the tour not just efficient but maximised our comfort particularly given the hot weather. She’s an awesome photographer and helped us so much with getting our best angles in the shortest time possible, so that we could enjoy the sights and environment of Horseshoe Bend and Canyon X. Our drivers were also excellent! The bus ride was so smooth, which was particularly important given that the journey was so long (about 4-5 hours each way). The pit stops were adequately timed and conveniently located, where we could get great food/coffee and comfortable toilet breaks. Mama was so excellent with time management that we managed to squeeze in an additional stop along the way, to briefly experience exciting sights of the Glen Canyon Dam. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better tour. Thank you so very much, Mama, Leslie and Yan!

Visiting Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, and the Walk of Fame was a dream come true. We had enough time to explore, take photos, and soak in the atmosphere at each stop. Phenomenal

This was the best experience of our entire trip. I had reservations due to a fear of helicopters and heights but honestly there is nothing to worry about. The pilot was professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. There isn't a bad seat in the helicopter, the views are phenomenal regardless and our pilot did two stops (main and a refuel) where we all switched seats to ensure everyone got to experience the front seat. We had low winds at 8am flight and there was no notable turbulence, the ride was smooth and comfortable! It's obviously an expensive trip but worth every penny! You won't regret it! NB: as a plus size woman I had some concern about the process of being weighed but can confirm it's a very comfortable experience. You will be asked to stand on a scale at the check in counter but there is no display, noone says your weight and there was zero judgement so don't let that put you off!

Trip of a lifetime!

The entire tour was fantastic and worth every penny. Communications and pick up/drop off were great. Our pilot/guide was very friendly and informative, telling jokes in between facts and stories. The views of course were amazing, not just the Grand Canyon but also Lake Mead, the Hoover Dam and Las Vegas. I suffer from motion sickness (back seat of the car, some theme park rides, etc.) but had no issues in the helicopter. The ride is very smooth and the aircon keeps you cool.

Scared my guide to improving my turns

Recommend: face mask and gloves Tip: For petite individuals lean forward for better control when turning First time experience. It was nerve wrecking but you get use to the controls a little to half way through. The guide will go slow to moderate speed, ensuring everyone can maneuver through the dessert trails. Scared my guide a bit. From driving off the practice trail and accelerating too fast up hill to adjusting my speed for loops and descending, I got the hang of it. It does get bumpy, do make sure you have a good grip. Would recommend if you're seeking a small thrill or new experience. The guides were gentle and they've had plenty of experience riding ATVs.

Fantastic ! Feel and touch the desert.....

Awesome experience and opportunity to get out in the desert and feel and touch the sand and feel the heat. The cost per person was fair and within our budget. Good bang for the buck ! The side by sides are not fast , they are not high performance, they do have allot of wear and tear but that is to be expected for a rental unit that rides daily in rough terrain. The sites are fantastic, from high hills to low areas, saw lizards and what I think was a ground squirrel....... I recommend the opportunity to do this, remember to stay on the trails........
