Their site shows the price for 16 years old to 99 years old is $51.**. What they don't tell you is you still have to pay full price for anyone 15 years and younger. We found out this was false when we arrived for our appointment and we were told 15 years and younger are FULL PRICE.
They also claim people use their website because they offer hassle free refunds.
When I purchased my tickets they sent me an email and a text message to confirm my purchase included a "FREE CANCELATION." I have screenshots of both.
The woman I spoke with at Viatar apologized for the false advertisement and said she would talk to her supervisor about giving me a refund. After 1 1/2 hours of being on the phone with them, they ultimately decided not to give me a refund. Not even a partial payment.
I will now have to go through the hassle of obtaining a refund back with the help of my bank and the proof I have.
Be Cautious of Buying Tickets Through This Site. They offer NO REFUNDS and NO CANCELATIONS, although they promote that they do.

A good time in Area 15. Worth the trip for JW fans. The escape room portion could be a bit more difficult though.

Great immersive "game"! My husband and I are big fans of the John Wick franchise, and the rooms that you move through are well-constructed in detail and very much within The Continental's style and culture. There's a little bit of humor peppered in by the characters as they interact with you. The characters also help move you through the game or scene in each room without being too obviously helpful. Since there were only 2 of us, we joined up with other pairs/couples to total 10 people. The elevator that you go into to start the game is very small and would probably be better for 7 or 8 people rather than 10, but we were only packed like sardines for a few minutes. My only significant complaint is that the gift shop was too small and had limited types of items for sale. It could have been made more expansive with more offerings. You can participate in this attraction even if you have a low fitness level, as long as you can move from room to room. There was a group there that had a person in an electric wheelchair. I would recommend that you contact the attraction if you do have someone that requires mobility equipment so they can make sure there is ample space for that person. All in all, it was very fun and very well done.

Very fun. Great actors. Cool rooms. Not too difficult. Magic is fun. Drinks are great. Staff amazing! I do wish it was a bit harder but I still had great time.

The beginning of it was really good. But it felt rushed towards the end. The actors were fantastic. I think they could make the escape room part a little bit more comprehensive maybe even less people in each party.

Super pretty experience, and it's almost a John Wick museum with artifacts from the movies proudly on display. The story is good, and the experience doesn't overstay its welcome. It's fun to run from room to room, and the actors are clearly having a fantastic time.
Don't forget to get a tattoo in the last room before you leave!

The whole experience was extremely rush. We barely had time to look around the room before they moved us to the next one and kept saying we didn’t have much time. The reason why they rushed us was because there’s a group starting 10mins behind us. Honestly it’s not worth the price. You barely registered what was going on and you were already in the next room. The activities were kind of meh too. Would spend money somewhere else instead of this.
