Such a fun experience for both kids and adults! Highly recommend this experience! I also suggest going earlier in the morning or in the evening to avoid insane heat - if you are doing this in summertime. We went mid-July at 12pm and it was HOT out there. The staff were all very friendly and great with kids of all ages. Would def do this again!

This was a great trip. We left at 10:30 am. Please get their early to register and sign your waivers online. Our captain MIKE was knowledgeable and he put safety first. Go in the morning 10:30 am. We booked a 3-hour Crab Island boat tour, and it was an absolute highlight of our trip! Our captain, Justin, and crew member, Katie, were phenomenal—incredibly helpful, attentive, and highly informative throughout the entire excursion. The boat was perfectly equipped with top-notch amenities, including life vests for both adults and children, great floats, paddleboards, and excellent snorkel gear. Pro-tip for anyone booking: timing is everything! We booked the 8:30 AM morning slot to align with high tide, and the sunny weather combined with the high tide meant the water was completely crystal clear—absolutely perfect for snorkeling. By 10:00 AM, as the tide turned, the murky bay water began to take over, which makes a massive difference in the overall look and experience. Overall, it was an amazing family experience, and we will absolutely be back again!

My boyfriend and I had a blast on this excursion. The Captain Morgan and his staff were great!!! They gave us floats to float on, and knew which cooler was ours and would hand us our drinks from the boat to us in the water. Music was great!! All the food you could buy on the water was amazing! Great time at crab island.

The boat that took us to crab island was very spacious. We traveled as a family with our 3 year old. We took our own inflatables and just inflated them once we were there. I recommend doing this as they have only a few inflatables to share with everyone on the boat. We also snacks to munch on but you can get just about anything out there . There was chick fil a , Pizza Hut, burgers , snow cone and just about anything you can think of . We all had a really good time and would book again with Destin snorkel . BYOB and food and have fun!

You can bring your towels, ice chest with drinks, even Alcohol- they don’t sell any alcohol/beer out on the water or the boat so BYOB! You can even bring food. It’s fun, relaxed and a great experience. The trip to crab island is extremely quick. 10 minutes tops and they drive slow. Once they “park”, you’re able to get off and hang out. The captains are nice.

The boat ride was 1 hour each way. When we arrived to crab island, they got us off the boat quickly, offered floats and pool noodles, and would grab our drinks for us out of the coolers so we could enjoy the water as long as possible. The crew members were excellent and extremely helpful.
