Perfect way to spend the day!
Perfect way to spend the day and our guide Georgia was amazing. Highly recommend the private tour to Murano and Burano. The boat ride was lovely and got to see a different side of Venice. The glass factory was impressive. We did feel pressure by the staff to make a large purchase which was a little uncomfortable.
Burano was spectacular. We wish we could have stayed longer. Georgi showed us the town and areas that were off the beaten path. Definitely loved this island.

Venice to Murano
The tour was actually very good. I messed up the transportation to the tour and Viator did an outstanding job of fixing what I messed up. Not understanding the difficulties in moving between islands in Venice caused the issues and we are very grateful for their help. Great job….thank you.

Sherry was an outstanding...
Sherry was an outstanding guide! She shared fascinating stories about the history of Venice, took us to beautiful locations, and captured amazing photos for us. We felt very lucky to have a private tour, and it made the experience truly unforgettable. Highly recommended!

See Venice like a local and ask the Sebastiano
Our guide Sebastiano was engaging, knowledgeable and overall a pleasure to meet and learn from. As a native Venetian he is passionate about his home and all the history and lore that makes it an amazing location everyone should visit. We learned about the hidden gems, unknown lookouts and personal stories that drive any good immersion experience. Would highly recommend this tour and more specifically Sebastiano.

Best tour in Venice
We had a great time!! I would definitely recommend this tour if you go to Venice. The glass blowing experience was the best.
If you decided to do this tour then ask for Geovanni he was very good and was very knowledgeable. We had the best time with him as our guide.

Amazing Murano
Our guides, Elizabeth and Claudia, were awesome! Our ride over to Murano Island was fun! Our tour of the glassblowing factory was amazing! The master created stunning work of art before our eyes! Each piece is one of a kind. I highly recommend this tour.

The value of a semi-private tour with an experienced guide.
Venice's St. Mark Square, St. Mark's Basilica and the Doge's Palace are "must sees." The question for us was how much time we wanted to allow for "seeing and standing in line." We decided to do a semi-private (7) tour with Francesca of LivTours as our guide. I had limitations with stair-climbing and standing for log blocks of time. When we met, Francesca had already planned for my needs in the Bacilica and the Palace. We accesed both through private entrances. The Palace had an elevator and Francesca provided a "guardian angel" to escourt me to where the group was meeting on each floor of the building. Plus, there was a special exhibition in the Doge's personal quarters that only I got to see on the way to/from the elevator. Francesca was very knowlegeable and answered every question our group had. She tied Venetian history together with paintings and other art we saw, and was obviously proud of her heritage. But, my husband I will long remember her timing of the tour, and the special care for my needs that made the semi-private tour well worth the cost. Thanks Viator and LivTour.

Matteo gave Traci and me an amazing experience yesterday in Venice. He provided detailed information on the buildings, architecture and city infrastructure as well as stories of Venice's history and people. After a full morning of walking the cities streets and different districts we enjoyed a nice lunch and heard more of Matteo's story and his families many generations of Venetian history.
In the afternoon we took a boat over to Murano to meet and watch the master glass artists. Their work is outstanding and hearing about the process was great, so talented.
We ended the day with a boat ride through the grand canal. More interesting stories about the houses and families that owned them along with beautiful views.
Overall an exceptional day we won't forget.

Highlight of the Trip!
We booked a 6-hour personalized tour with Vittorio and it was amazing! He was incredibly knowledgeable and accommodated my entire party which had 2 elderly parents in wheelchairs. His friendly personality made us feel at ease and paced the tour really well - didn’t feel rushed at all! Hana was also incredibly helpful every step of the way. She answered all my questions timely and was so professional and courteous. I would t have booked this tour with her and the help of Vittorio’s much-deserved high reviews. Book this tour - you won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful tour of the Venetian Islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello
Our boat ride with Alex was very special. He took us to Murano and Burano where we disembarked and spent a good amount of time in each. At Murano we were led to a factory where we got a private demonstration by a Grand Master glass maker, Massimo, who made a small vase and a small horse in front of us. From there they led us upstairs to a gallery full of beautiful authentic Murano glass art and we were able to walk all around the gallery with a man who worked there. At the authentic Murano stores you can bargain and they’re usually willing to give you a discounted price. Burano is known for lace making and there we walked into one of two stores that Alex recommended. At Burano bargaining with the client is alive and well also. And yes, both at Murano and Burano, but especially at Burano, they are a little pushy and you may feel like you’re in a tourist trap, except what they are selling is beautiful and unique, so you are compelled to stay and look and maybe buy also. We didn’t disembark in Torcello but Alex drove us all around the island highlighting the most important facts. In honor of our wedding anniversary which we were celebrating he gave us prosecco and some traditional Burano biscuits. It was a bit chilly so he also gave us jackets to wear. Alex made the experience very special.

Walking tour around Venice
We had a very nice time, Ester was lovely & catered the tour to suit our interests, we stopped for a coffee along the way. We went to areas that we wouldn’t have gone to, some of which were less crowded, she was knowledgeable about the area so that was great. Two hours was enough for us but you can go for a longer time if you prefer
