Was wonderful! Had great conversations with our guide and got to experience so much in regards to the making and processing of Prosecco wine. Would highly recommend. 10 out 10

This was an amazing personalised tour that gave a real insight into Venice and its history.
Our guide Selena was very friendly and knowledgeable.
The Murano Glass factory was interesting with a chance to buy something that you know has been made in Venice.

This was probably the best tour we did in Venice. Very relaxed visit to the famous Murano island and a very nice lunch. We got up close and personal with the glass blowers and saw some exquisite pieces.

Selina was absolutely fantastic! We had a relaxed, curated experience walking through both the well traveled and quieter streets of all the barrios. Really enjoyed learning about how life evolved on the island, it’s history and treasured architectural jewels. Great experience at Murano and wonderful lunch. All in all worth it, to do Venice your way in a limited amount of time.

We were very disappointed with this tour. According to the information given we expected approximately 7 hours on this tour. We had a total of fours hours with our guide.
Due to minor flooding the activities of the day were reversed...the Murano tour was our first stop and was great. Very informative and well planned.
Our tour guide started our 3 hour walking tour on the main island after 11am and left us at 1.15pm. She gave us €15 each to cover our included three course lunch which did not cover one course in the restaurant she took us to. She also gave us €2 each to get back to our pickup point, it actually cost us €6 each on the ferry boat.
Although the guide was somewhat informative it did not seem very well planned and certainly was not worth the cost. Definitely a disappointing way for two of our group to spend their birthdays!
We would not recommend this tour.

Miss Ketty was an amazing guide and taylored the experience to our interests. We went shopping, we stopped to eat, did some sightseeing and learned a lot of Venician history; it was a blast. We then met her colleague John Carlo; he took us to lunch - where they accommodated my food allergy (glutten) and then to one of Murano's glass factories. He then escorted us back to the train station. Well worth the cost.

Multi Grazi for a fantastic tour of Venice with Miss Ketty! She is warm, friendly, funny and so knowledgable about beautiful Venice. She met us at our awesome hotel and then we walked around the historic sites, took excellent photos and videos, had a great lunch, then shopped at the Murano Island. Such wonderful memories!! This tour ended up being a private tour for me and my mom! It’s a walking tour mostly with a boat ride to Murano. You even get someone at the glass factory to explain everything to you! What a great experience and included was also a yummy lunch!

Our guide for the morning walking part of the tour was a proud and very tall Venetian who shared his passion for the vibrant city. Sorry, can't remember his name but he was terrific! Our guide filled us in on the history and flavor of Venice while expertly guiding us through the maze-like streets and alleys. Highly recommend this tour as you get a terrific overview of the city and major sites from the outside. Our guide left us at the dock where we boarded a private ferry and were taken over to the island of Murano. Wish the ferry driver could have pointed out some things as we motored away but there was no talk. It's just a taxi ride by water to the island. Our Murano guide walked us to a restaurant for lunch where, after ordering a drink, he left us to rejoin us later after our meal. Lunch was good but service was slow. We were also charged for the guide's drink! When the guide returned late, we left the restaurant and walked to the glass factory. He was a nice guy but not a tour guide. We learned nothing about Murano's history. At the glass factory we were turned over to an employee who filled us in on facts as we watched 2 amazing glass blowing demonstrations. Next we were invited behind the scenes to see where the glass works were perfected and then wandered through rooms of Murano glassware. We were then ferried over to Burano and that ferry driver did share some interesting info as we taxied over. At Burano known for it's ornate lace work and colorful homes and shops we were dropped off to explore on our own and to get back to Venice on our own.
