This was an excellent...
This was an excellent experience. Our guide, Georgio, was outstanding—patient, courteous, and always willing to answer our questions. He provided rich historical context for everything we saw and even pointed out distant landmarks we might have otherwise missed. He also shared images showing what the monuments look like today alongside how they may have appeared in the past, which brought everything to life. As a history enthusiast, I found him exceptionally knowledgeable about the monuments and their histories.

Phenomenal Colosseum small group tour
This small group tour is definitely the way to go. We were a group of 7 and found it easier for our tour guide and group to navigate the Colosseum and Palantine Hill. Our tour guide, Marcello was extremely knowledgeable, gave unique insight and took his time answering questions. He was kind and respectful of the needs of the group. He even proactively made sure we got water, were in shaded areas and took us to less crowded areas for great pictures.

Highly recommend this tour
Our recent tour of the Vatican, Sistine Chapel, and Saint Peter’s Basilica was a great experience, and a big part of that was thanks to our incredible guide, Gabby. We had just flown in from the U.S. that morning and were completely exhausted, but Gabby was so knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. She brought so much depth and context to everything we saw. Even with the large crowds, she kept our group organized, moving smoothly, and fully engaged the entire time. Her energy, professionalism, and passion really stood out. I would highly recommend this tour and would definitely recommend Gabby as your guide!

Wow
Review of the Colosseum Visiting the Colosseum was truly awe-inspiring. Standing in the shadow of this ancient structure immediately transported me back in time, imagining the roar of the crowds and the grandeur of the gladiatorial games. Exploring the underground areas was a highlight, offering a fascinating glimpse into the hidden tunnels and chambers where gladiators and animals once waited. The entire experience was unforgettable, a perfect blend of history, architecture, and atmosphere. A must-see landmark that leaves a lasting impression.
