The best tour with a baby
We had the best time with Tiago. He was really knowledgeable about the sites and super patient with us. We were traveling with a 7 month old baby and he was super attentive. We 100% would recommend him to anyone interested in this tour while visiting Portugal.

Joaquim is the man!
We had an amazing four-hour tour of Lisbon with our driver, Joaquim! He was friendly, knowledgeable and made the entire experience feel relaxed and personal. We covered the majority of Lisbon’s main sights, explored some beautiful neighbourhoods and viewpoints, and learned so much about the city along the way.
Joaquim gave us plenty of time to take photos, never made us feel rushed and shared great local recommendations throughout the tour. He even dropped us off at Time Out Market afterward so we could continue exploring and enjoy some food.
This was the perfect way to experience Lisbon, especially if you want to see a lot in a short amount of time. Joaquim truly made the tour memorable, and we would absolutely recommend him!

Very nice tour.
The tour was a quick snapshot of some of the most important monuments and landmarks around Lisbon. Tomas was an incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide. He juggled between Portuguese and English which would be very difficult. My kid loved his energy and enthusiasm. Get your cameras out for the transition into the water. Would have liked a bit more warning so we could get it in film.

You are going to see a whole lot of Lisbon!
We highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to see a whole lot of Lisbon in a very short period of time. Rafael was an excellent guide, extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Lisbon is a very hilly city, and we got to visit many parts of Lisbon that we could have never gotten to if we had tried to do it on foot. The only downside is that there is not any time built-in to do any looking around or shopping in the individual areas of interest, and even though we saw and took a lot of pictures of the most important buildings and churches, we only were able to go inside one. That being said, we still recommend this trip five out of five for anyone who has a limited amount of time and wants to see a whole lot of Lisbon.

Great day!
Gonzalo was an enthusiastic and friendly guide. Very informative with a great sense of humor. We followed his recommendations for lunch ( and ice cream!) which were spot on. The travel could have been boring but he made it fun and interesting for him!!

perfect evening on the water!
We thoroughly enjoyed spending a few evening hours on the Duoro River seeing Porto and its collection of bridges from the water. The guides were informative and charming, the wine tasting was unexpectedly excellent, and the ‘snacks’ (cheese, meats, crackers + grapes) were several cuts above the usual. Perfect finish to our stay in Porto!

Great boat ride and overview of the caves
We had a great experience! We visited a few different caves in addition to the main Benagil Cave, which was really nice. Mauro, our guide, was great and gave us lots of interesting information about the caves and the surrounding area. The only thing we wished for was a little more time—the tour went by too quickly! Overall, a really enjoyable experience and definitely worth doing while in Algarve.

Much better tour with Sergio & Hugo
We did the tour with Sergio and Hugo, and they were an absolute dream team! Sergio had such amazing energy and a great vibe. I highly recommend this company and this specific tour with these guys. It was an amazing experience. Many thanks to Sergio and Hugo—you made our trip to the Algarve even better!

Worthwhile excursion from Porto.
You will see a lot of interesting areas and hear the history of the colorful fishermen’s homes. If If you have a free day in Porto, this tour is worth taking! Riding the Venetian gondola was interesting. Sit in the middle of the gondola otherwise you may not hear the tour leader as he points out sites in various languages. The pick up point was hectic because not clear to the travelers. We were told to look for « a guide wearing red ».

A fun and beautiful experience!
This day far exceeded all expectations! We had a lovely small group of six people, plus our amazing driver and guide, Joao (Johny). His English was impeccable, and he was incredibly knowledgeable about the region. We had great conversations with him throughout the day, and he really added to the experience.
Our first stop in the morning was at a little café where we could grab coffee and a pastry if we wanted, followed by a drive to the first winery, where we tasted several different ports. Our hosts were incredibly generous and even left the bottles on the table in case we wanted to do a little more sampling!
We then took a one-hour cruise on the Douro. The scenery was beautiful, although there were about 200 too many people on the boat! It was a little more raucous than I would have liked, but we still thoroughly enjoyed the cruise and the opportunity to relax and take in the views.
Lunch followed at a cute restaurant in a small town. It was traditional Portuguese food served family-style, all delicious and plentiful, including the wine.
After lunch, we got back in the van and drove the winding roads up to our second winery at the summit. Joao was an excellent driver, which was particularly appreciated on those roads! There we had another winery tour and tasted some amazing white and red wines, along with bread and olive oil produced at the vineyard.
This was probably the highlight of an already wonderful day. The views from the top were sensational. We sat on a little shaded terrace overlooking the vineyards, surrounded by grapevines, olive trees and almond trees. It was absolutely spectacular.
Nothing about the day felt rushed. It was beautifully paced, with plenty of time to enjoy each stop, followed by a lovely drive back accompanied by more great conversation and lively stories from Joao. This experience went far beyond what I had expected and was worth every single dollar. I would recommend it without hesitation.

Had booked a day trip to...
Had booked a day trip to Braga & Guimaraes. The trip started on time . Our guide Joao and driver Marcia were excellent . Joao alternated between English & Spanish for the mixed crowd and he did a very good job . He provided us with lot of historical snippets & kept us engaged throughout the trip . Would definitely recommend this trip to see the smaller cities of Portugal and to visit some of the landmarks

Awesome night!
We had a fantastic experience on the Eating Europe Food Tour! Ricardo was an excellent guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and very welcoming. He made the tour enjoyable and gave us great insights into the local food, culture, and history. We had such a great group of people. The food was delicious, and the whole experience was so much fun. I highly recommend this tour, especially with Ricardo as your guide!
