The wind and waves were up high so it was too dangerous to go inside the caves (safety first) but we still took the coastal tour by boat. I’m really glad we did as it was a great trip, the guide Riu was great, really knowledgeable, fun and friendly. We decided to use their linked restaurant for lunch after which was perfect and just what we needed. We are definitely going to do this trip again when we return 👏

The tour itself was wonderful and the guide spoke many different languages to explain what we were seeing. Was a lovely tour.
Only issue was it was a little disorganized with groups of people being checked in and then standing in the hot sun. And there were no washroom facilities.

The Benagil caves boat tour was a solid 4 out of 5 experience. The ride itself was short but adequate, giving us a good look at the caves; however, it is rushed as all the boats move quickly through the main attraction. We were on a rigid inflatable boat (RIB) with row seating, which worked fine for the length of the trip.
That said, the experience felt fairly impersonal. Guests are lined up and filed onto the boat, and while life jackets were required, no safety instructions were provided beforehand. Once underway, it was difficult to hear any information from the guide since there was no microphone, and sitting farther back made this even more noticeable.
Overall, the tour felt basic but reasonable for the price, and it does the job if you just want a quick way to see the caves. I wouldn’t have wanted a longer trip in this setup. Next time, I would likely choose to kayak for a more engaging and personal experience.

Unbelievable tour. The ride was a bit bumpy on the way back, but that was partly due to a quick rain shower. Caves are just awesome to see. Well worth it for the price.

The team is very nice and they were great with us. On the other side, the boat is not very confortable. There is not much space so you are too close to people you don’t know, and if your seat is in the middle it gets hard to see. I think it’s worth paying a little more to book another experience in a better boat.

This was an absolutely breathtaking and fun experience! The coastline is spectacular, and Atlantis Boats took us to several stunning caves, giving us plenty of time to take photos. The vessel itself was fast, comfortable, and so much fun to ride on. Everything was well-organized, from the boarding process to the route planning, and the guides were informative, friendly, and genuinely engaging. I’d 100% recommend this trip — especially at the beginning of your stay — to get a feel for the beaches and coastline.

Boat trip was worth every penny. Comfortable boat, great staff, wonderful interesting and humorous commentary from our guide, Bernardo. Captain was great getting us in and out of a lot of sea caves. Views were spectacular. Highly recommend this company. Easy parking.

Reasonably priced trip! This was €17 per person for a 90 min excursion on a speed boat. Other companies were charging in excess of €30 for the same trip. Great tour brill guides and stunning coastline. Worth every penny!

Not knowing the area, our guide let us know everything. In fact we visited most of the places the next day, we would never have known only for our guide. Our trip was 1.5 hours long. It was the best part of our holiday . Would recommend to everyone. Really enjoyed.
