Definitely worth doing! Good fun and a great way to see all the lights and signs. Easy to find and having our tickets already booked saved waiting around. Lovely Turkish restaurant by the dock which is great for a drink or dinner before or after the boat.

Cruising on the canal was a great way to get out of the dotonbori crowds. Really nice way to get pictures.

Fun crew and very easy to take a toddler on with her stroller. Great views! This is a good way to see where you want to walk to when done with the ride.

The best way to enjoy the neon signs and night sights of Dotonbori.
The cruise was on time and the staff great. We had an informative guide, stopped the boat at the most popular sights for more photo opportunities.
Perfect for all ages, tip; check the directions and map carefully for meet up place. I contacted them for additional information which they answered quickly.
A must do activity in Osaka!

The drop off directions were a little confusing for our taxi driver, but he parked his car and walked with us until we found the right place. We loved his extra effort! We took the last cruise of the day and were so glad we did, all the bright lights were amazing at this time of night. Great experience!

The location was fairly easy to find, although there are two cruise boats that depart from this location so knowing the name of the cruise company would have been helpful. That information was not in my reservation confirmation. We asked the employees we saw and they were eager to direct us to our correct boat. The guides on our cruise were friendly and professional. We enjoyed the unexpected surprise of free photos taken of our group in a few locations along the cruise. The boat was clean and comfortable. It was wonderful to sit down for a 20 minute boat ride after a day full of walking, and I’d recommend booking an evening cruise so you can see all the lights. This activity is great for everyone!

Quick, fun activity for our first night in Osaka. The guide shared interesting information in the short time and there were lots of good picture-taking opportunities. It rained and while you cannot use umbrellas on the boat they had plastic ponchos for everyone.

Although it’s only 20 miins you get to see the vibrant part of the river. Best to go in the evening as the lights are worth seeing. Our commentator was great.

A fun way to see the lights of Dotonburi with enthusiastic and helpful guides. The weather is no problem with raincoats provided and the music and commentary continuing. A great place to start and then it is off into the night sights, lights and food!

We were lucky to book a presunset cruise where the sky was still bright but all the neon lights were up - it was perfect! Our host was so entertaining and we had a blast. Highly recommend.

They were full and had us wait for the next one but that was full also. Would NOT recommend. Lots of boats on the river. We just went and hopped on with another service. This was just a wast of time.

My parents were turned away with printed tickets for this river cruise. Even though the voucher literally says “printable voucher.” They even showed up 15 mins prior to the start time. My mom mentioned that there was another couple who was turned away for the exact same reason! Unacceptable. They wouldn’t give them a refund or anything. DO NOT use this company.

So Easy and So Fun - HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Leave your self time to find the dock - but it was beyond fun. We enjoy luxury traveling and we loved this.

Unfortunately our cruise was cancelled due to a situation on the river being handled by the authorities. It was due to no fault of the tour operator or to ourselves.
