What are people saying about Osaka

A must do
Wonderful experience! We learned a lot about the beautiful tea ceremony and had a lovely time. Before our visit, I was a little concerned about having to sit in the traditional pose, but they have little stools for those who can't manage that. The tea was quite nice and the sweet treat was beautiful as well as tasty.

Fun learning experience
We had a great time in this cooking class. We learned to make ramen and gyoza, and most of the prep work was already done, so we could focus on the fun parts. With only four people in the class, it felt calm, personal, and almost one‑on‑one. The food was excellent, and the hands‑on experience was exactly what we were looking for. If you prefer a loud, high‑energy group activity, this isn’t it. The class takes place inside someone’s apartment, so you do need to be quiet and respectful of the building.

A very unique must-do!
Wonderful experience! Everything you ever wanted to know about mochi, including its history, its purpose, how it’s made, and what it tastes like. Including several surprisingly delicious flavours! Just a fun hands-on experience, and the team were made it even more special with their warm welcome and enlightening presence! Thank you!

Awesome way to see the city
Joel was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and great with my 11 year old son’s questions. We saw so much and we were able to start our trip with key knowledge. He had great restaurants to recommend as well. A highlight of our trip was when an elderly Japanese women came over to say hello to us, she was curious about our family, and we had a lovely conversation.
