Shin was a wonderful guide. He was very friendly and great to just talk to. He gave us good information about Nara. Him being from the area made it more personal. This is a good trip to take. If you don’t feel comfortable making the trip on your own. I suggest doing the early morning tour so you beat most of the large crowds. He will guide you back to the train station and make sure that you get on the correct train back to Kyoto.

Den was an amazing guide for our “Perfect One Day Bus Tour” of Kyoto. She helped things run smoothly while maintaining a positive attitude throughout. Her knowledge of the various locations was great, and fun to learn. It was impressive how many places we were able to fit in such limited time. Den kept instructions clear, and provided visuals, so that we knew what times we needed to be where as well as how to get there efficiently. She was also very compassionate and was quick to help another guest who injured themselves after falling accidentally. Overall, Den was a great worker whose personality and knowledge added so much to this tour.

Wonderful tour of Kyoto!

My daughter and I chose this tour because we had only a short stay in Kyoto and wanted to see the must see spots in one day. Our guide Yoshi took us all around Kyoto on the bus, taxis, tram and subway to see the sights while giving us facts and insights along the way. He also took pictures of us and knew all of the shortcuts around the busy areas, and the best shops that give free samples. We had a wonderful time including lunch at a local ramen shop, and we never would have been able to do this without his expert guidance. Highly recommend!!!

Unique, amazing experience in Kyoto.

Amazing experience! More than I expected, our tour guide Soichiro was very personable and friendly. The Maiko was very friendly as well and answered many questions, with a translator. The dance was beautiful and the game we played after very fun. We were surprised after that we went to visit a shrine guided by the Maiko which was the cherry on top. Truly amazing experience and I highly recommend it.
