Adam was a fantastic tour guide! He has a rich knowledge of the history of Osaka and we had a great time listening to him tell the story of Osaka Castle. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting.
Very good and enthusiastic guide, but tour is about three particular places, not about city. To know about the city, you need to have more mobility means

We always aim to cover as much of the advertised itinerary as possible within the time available, while also allowing guests to enjoy each location along the way. We had a fantastic walking tour of Osaka with Scott and John as our guides. A+. Absolutely amazing walking tour. Our guide Scott was a wealth of knowledge about Japan and Japanese history. We didn't just see the sights we learned the background. There were lots of bathroom stops on the route and Scott knew where to get us some airconditioning breaks during the hot August day.

We had a wonderful experience walking around Osaka with Davin. He showed us many different areas of Osaka and told us the history of every landmark we saw. Lunch was great and we ended at a fish markets where we got salmon and tuna sushi for ourselves and Davin even joined us after the tour was over. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour!

Our tour guide Davin was amazing, super knowledgeable and engaging. He knows so much about Osaka history, the people, the spectacular castle, local areas to visit, places to eat and its quirks. Even though it was incredibly hot to be on a walking tour that day he went out of his way to make sure that we stayed as cool as possible by walking through malls and giving us wet towels to wrap around our necks in the heat. Daniel was a fantastic tour guide and we had a great time with him. He was super helpful and knowledgeable and made sure we got onto the correct train at the end of the tour, and took the time to help me out when I wasn’t feeling very well. If you’re super into shopping this is the tour for you, just personally for us we would have liked to know a bit more about the history of the shopping district and Osaka itself. But that’s just personal preference and it’s worth repeating that Daniel was excellent and made the whole thing really enjoyable.

The tour was fantastic! We saw so much of Osaka and Davin was very enthusiastic, informative and friendly. We learned a lot about the history of Japan and modern Japan. We walked about 7km on the tour and had an immersive experience.

Our guide Daniel, who has lived in Japan since the mid 1990s, gave us a succinct and often funny history of the competing warlords who built Osaka Castle. The five-hour itinerary was exactly as described. We had lunch in the trendy American Village where I had a delicious yakisoba. I particularly liked the Kuromon Market and Dotonbori -- a foodie's paradise. Daniel gave helpful recommendations to participants on this tour.
