Great walking alternative

This was a geat experience. Lee, was a fountain of information and no question went unanswered. I loved the ease of the bike and how easy they were to use. Loved the crumbed croquette and this was a great start, good advice about the bread shops across Japan. The stop in Korean town made our day and the food was outstanding. The last stop at Ponpocotel was amazing. Thankou for letting us taste new food and drinks. I would recommend this.

We had a wonderful day exploring Kyoto with Yoshi. We were able to see so much in a single day and visit several of the city's most iconic sights. Yoshi was friendly, professional, and made the day easy and enjoyable. Having transportation arranged for us allowed us to make the most of our time, and we definitely would not have been able to cover as much ground on our own. A great day!

Excellent way to see the important locations in Kyoto and Nara. This trip allows you to see a lot in a short period of time. Pick up from your hotel and drop off is very convenient. Great value for 10 hours. Our driver was Hamza. He did a great job getting us around to the spots and picking us up. More of a driver than a guide.

We had only half a day in Osaka so opted for the 4 hour tour with a Government Guide. We were allocated Yuki and she got in touch by email shortly after I had booked the tour to discuss the itinerary. We agreed on what we wanted to see and left the rest to Yuki. She met us at the cruise terminal and took us into Osaka to visit Osaka Castle. Afterwards we visited the shopping area and then we were on a quest to find Japanese Pokemon cards for our grandson. We had the most wonderful time with Yayo in Osaka! From the moment we met her at the arranged spot on time, we knew we were in for a treat. She took us to her lovely home, where she welcomed us warmly. We learned to make authentic miso soup from scratch, alongside delicious okonomiyaki and rolled omelets. Yayo was a delight—her explanations were clear, and she shared lovely stories about her mom that made the experience truly special. We finished with a lovely matcha. If you want a genuine, heartwarming Japanese cooking experience, Yayo is the best!

This was a highlight of our trip! We were so happy to be introduced to the areas of Temma and Kyobashi. Loved the vibe and the food. Great Service and appreciate the patience while we finalized the check-out process at our hotel. Driver arrived ~10 minutes early for our 2pm pick up. Checking out at the hotel, took longer than expected but driver was patient and accommodated us. Van (Nissan) was spacious and clean. Plenty of room for 4 people with 9 total bags. Highly recommended!

My partner and I recently joined in on this tour through Osaka's backstreets and we had a great time! Knox was our guide and he was excellent - personable, entertaining and above all, informative - and very happy to answer all of our questions. We also really appreciated his efforts to not make light of some of the more sensitive/serious subjects we came across during the tour. We were really amped to see some of the places along the tour's route that we never would have stumbled across otherwise and really appreciated the tips on other sights to see (or not see) and food spots to check out. The tour is well worth it for anyone interested in seeing and learning more about Osaka outside of the typical stuff.
