We had the immense pleasure of meeting a very energetic and concerned young man. He is Mr. Mengmeng. He is our driver and guide assigned by the operator for our tour of Osaka on April 2 2026 Mr. Mengmeng is extremely polite in his conversations and very knowledgeable about the landmarks we have visited today. He is very savvy in communicating with us in english using his smart phone. He took extra interest to show us places which we didn’t know they existed. He was patient and helpful in understanding our requirements as he conducted himself . He is an excellent driver who kept safety as the first priority and we are happy with that. His car is well kept and he made it very comfortable for us to ride along. From what we observed he has the stuff to excel in the art of dealing with customers. He is an asset to the company he is working for. He deserves many kudos for his professionalism and dedication. God be with him as brings many more laurels to the company he is working for. We chose and paid for a private tour of Osaka, Japan—at a significant cost—because we wanted to learn more about the city and have a guided, informative experience. Unfortunately, the service we received fell far below expectations. Our tour guide provided only a brief introduction of about two sentences at the first stop and did not offer any meaningful explanations or insights for the remainder of the tour. Throughout the day, there was a clear lack of engagement, guidance, and knowledge sharing, which is the primary reason we booked a private tour. Additionally, the guide was unable to recommend places for lunch or souvenirs, leaving us to search for options ourselves. This made the experience feel less like a guided tour and more like an expensive transportation service between locations. As visitors, this was very disappointing and left us with a poor impression of what should have been an enjoyable and enriching experience in Osaka.

Most awful experience. This is not a tour at all. This experience is just for a driver to drive you around. The person driving us was quiet, barely spoke, and did not seem to want to be there. Stay away and find a real tour guide.
