Kayaking Adventure

The guide, Ben, was extremely knowledgeable about the manatees, wildlife and the history of Silver Springs. We took the tour in October 2026. We were informed the manatees migrate inland November to March we did see four on our trip. The monkeys were active. There were many birds, turtles and a couple of alligators who kept their distance. I would recommend bringing a seat cushion for the kayak as there's are thin. A very enjoyable experience.

No car seats for toddlers required, but offered if desired

Great overall. Communication was good and they were very accommodating to our delayed flight schedule. Friendly, safe driver and the best part was that the toddlers did not have to be in car seats, yet they provided them if wanted to use them as an option. This was a huge factor for us since it is very difficult to find rideshare options that offered 2+ car seats and if they did, were astronomically priced. These seats have seat belts and the private factor for our group was the best. We will definitely prioritize using them in the future!

Family travel

Our van arrived on time and actually exceeded expectations. Thirty minutes prior to arrival we received a text from the driver letting us know he was on the way along with the pick up location. The van was private and very clean. The driver was very polite and friendly. We were a group of 10 with approximately 20 plus pieces of luggage and there was more than enough space for everyone. I was concerned about the large amount of luggage we had. There was plenty of storage space for luggage in a separate compartment. I used Viator services to take us from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel to the cruise port and from the cruise port back to the airport. They arrived on time every time. If you are traveling with a large group this is the way to go. .

Must See KSC!

Cruise Disembarkation day, we planned to rent a car from Budget, and head on over to KSC. I didnt anticipate a 2.5 hour ordeal from port to Budget! Everybody was getting a rental car that day. By the time we got the car it was already 1pm, and ksc closes at 5pm. So we had to pivot, and change our visit to the next day. Luckily, the tix have a 15 day flexible buffer so we didnt stress about losing the use of the ticket! We had a fantastic time at KSC, very awe inspiring and amazing what humans can achieve. P.s. I had already messed up my tix reservations the first time with a wrong date, and Gray Lines was able to make an adjustment for me easily. I really appreciate the customer service and flexibility.

Friday afternoon traffic “is tricky at best” from Orlando. We made it per the 1 hr arrival in advance request. Brandon and his father were great tour guides. Appreciated their efforts to stop fjr wild life and their personal history. An ideal sunset cruise and fun way to experience a airboat too! If they can make access to beverages prior to boarding an option - it would complete the “10” rating!

Fabulous Professional Ride! Room for family and luggage!

Shamar was such a great, reliable ride to our Disney resort. We were staying at the Animal Kingdom lodge and she went above and beyond by finding out which location we will be staying in. She had tons of room in the vehicle for all our luggage and even offered to bring a child seat for my granddaughter. The transfer is round trip and she made sure to follow up with me to pick us up promptly. I can’t recommend this company enough! I’ll definitely be a repeat customer next time I’m in Florida!

Enjoying Nature

The water was so crystal clear. We seen a lot of fish and turtles, even a huge soft shell . It was really cool. The alligators were out as well but didn't seem to care we were there as you keep your distance. Our tour guide Steve was the best of the best. Really informative and even took pictures of all of us as we paddled through the river. Such a great day had by all

Amazing experience!

It was wonderful and very personalised. Very good price. The service was amazing and the pilot and the lady assisting with the whole thing were just wonderful.The weather was so windy but the pilot was in real control despite of the heavy winds, he really knew what he was doing. He took his time thoroughly explaining everything we were seeing. It was an amazing experience and I 100% recommend it.

Travel with kids

Traveled with my family of 5 (infant + booster seats). They provided the car seats so we didn’t have to fly with them, which was so helpful! Mark was such a great and friendly driver! Shamar was super great at communicating to coordinate pickup both to and from port. We stayed at a hotel in Orlando and they were so accommodating to change the pickup point to the hotel. Would 100% book with them again!

Exceptional Disney Transport Service

Quicksilver Transportation is exceptional and I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! We used them twice. They picked us up at the Orlando airport on arrival, took us to our Disney hotel and back again to the airport on our last day. Both times, Jeremiah our driver, was on-time, professional, friendly, and flexible. Especially when one of our checked strollers was missing on arrival and he had to wait while we worked that issue out. We were a group of 8 arriving on two different flights around the same time with 3 kids needing car seats and boosters and they coordinated it all perfectly for us. The front office coordination was impressive as well. They confirmed right away when I reserved the two trips on the app, called me the day before to confirm details and followed up both times with detailed text confirmations with contact numbers for both the driver and the front office just in case. I highly recommend them if you need a van for your next Disney trip.
