Perfect Port Transfer

What a PERFECT experience. Luis contacted me by phone and text that he was on the way to the port. He even arrived before we were off the ship! Great Adventure

While its not peak time of year to see manatees and there is no way of ensuring a monkey sighting we did see lots of wildlife, mainly gators, birds, turtles we within feet of our kayak. The staff was great and the 3 hour tour was exactly what my teens needed to begin working together as a team to make the boat go where it was meant to go. Justin was amazing and had lots of fun facts to share. We enjoyed tremendously

Our driver was very friendly, and made us feel so welcomed to Orlando. Shamar sent me instructions on where to go to pick up our luggage and where to meet her the day before we arrive. Such a relief to know ahead of time on where to go. She also was in touch with us for our departure to the airport for our flight home.

Flexible service

Very flexible, I booked for 2pm pick up but plans changed and they were able to move to 6pm (with 1 month notice). On day of pick up, communication was great (both via text and calls, tracking was provided for driver so you knew exactly when they’d arrive). Driver was 30 minutes late due to traffic, but ride was smooth and easy.

Good transportation option

Adan was our driver and he was very professional. He drove safely and was very courteous. As soon as we landed he was in contact with us and sent us a picture of himself so we knew who we were looking for. My only complaint was that we booked a sedan as it was a longer drive and it ended up being a great big passenger van. Otherwise, experience was good and would use them again.

This was such a fun...

This was such a fun experience! After a little confusion at the park entrance, we found our guide Stevie and the adventure began. We are from the Pacific Northwest, so this beautiful waterway with its many springs was a most amazing few hours. As advertised, we saw manatees, many birds, turtles, and alligators. Stevie was great. Knowledgeable and personable, we learned a lot about the history of the park. All the while we were busy with our paddles, he was taking photos for us, even a few underwater videos. It was a great afternoon and I'm so glad we took the time to spend it on this tour.

Amazing experience!

It was wonderful and very personalised. Very good price. The service was amazing and the pilot and the lady assisting with the whole thing were just wonderful.The weather was so windy but the pilot was in real control despite of the heavy winds, he really knew what he was doing. He took his time thoroughly explaining everything we were seeing. It was an amazing experience and I 100% recommend it.

Travel with kids

Traveled with my family of 5 (infant + booster seats). They provided the car seats so we didn’t have to fly with them, which was so helpful! Mark was such a great and friendly driver! Shamar was super great at communicating to coordinate pickup both to and from port. We stayed at a hotel in Orlando and they were so accommodating to change the pickup point to the hotel. Would 100% book with them again!

It was Breathe taking!! I went by myself on a whim and found this to be one of the best things I did in Orlando! The guide was amazing and wonderful! The airboat was so fun! I felt like I was in a picture everywhere I looked!! It was the sunset ride and the weather was perfect! ❤️❤️❤️

Absolutely recommend

We had a great time on our sunset airboat ride!!!! We saw a bunch of alligators and our crew was super knowledgeable and funny. If you can, sit in the front! Make sure to wear a hoodie- it gets a bit chilly on the water. I would recommend light pants too if you get chilled easily. What a wonderful experience!

Our second experience...

Our second experience using Galaxy transfers was just as good as the first. We had a couple of messages to advise that ,due to an accident, they might be 10 minutes late, but then kindly let us know they had taken a different route,so wouldn't be late, they arrived exactly on time. Good driver, in what was a challenging time on the Orlando roads . Highly recommended!
