What are people saying about Empire State Building

NYC hop on & off bus tour with ESB and Statue of Liberty extensions.
It was very useful, but when I saw one of the company's employees in Times Square he converted my Viator booking into bus tickets. He said it didn't cover us for the Empire State Building which it clearly did. Then he wanted a tip from me for sorting the tickets. Not very professional or ethical really.

Pricey but nice views
Booked this last minute on a Sunday afternoon in July so I thought it would be crowded, but it wasn’t. Lines were short. Nice museum display. 80th floor had nice views from inside. 86th floor was open air, but metal safety fencing detracts from selfies. A bit pricey…I preferred going to Summit One Vanderbilt and getting a view of the ESB.

Not all the personnel...
Not all the personnel staff were very helpful or friendly (there were some good ones though), and be prepared for long wait times at bus stops. Otherwise, the buses were clean and it was a good way to see the sights; the ones with friendly staff and drivers made it quite enjoyable.

Wonderful Experience!
What a wonderful experience seeing the views of New York from the top of the Empire State Building. We went around 5pm and there were no lines, so we were able to go right in. The exhibits were great, my favorite was the King Kong Giant Hands. It was fun taking pictures with it. The staff were very friendly and organized. Would highly recommend!

Worth a visit!
Great experience and views from the top of the Empire State Building. Fantastic the way they show you the history of the building on the way up and great to meet King Kong too!

Good, but pricey
It was great, but rather pricey. The view is amazing, especially from floor 102, and obviously the building iconic, but still the whole experience comes to big bucks for a whole family.

good deal
A great way to see NYC. Was able to see many sites that I would not made with the bus. And it included the Empire State Building for a few extra dollars. A very good deal.
