Bought the tickets from this site, when we got to dungeon they didn’t recognise these tickets and it was difficult to generate the bar code. We eventually got sorted after being made step aside and wait for a manager to come to us. Meanwhile people walked in and bought tickets straight off.

This is by far the best thing to do when traveling to Amsterdam!!! I've been to a few Dungeons all over the world but this one is defiantly the best. Its so easy to book and pay via the Viator website. Add the tickets to your wallet and away you go. From the staff outside the dungeons in costumes to the lady that checks the tickets everyone was in character and gave it 110% We as a whole group absolutely loved this experience and will recommend it to family and friends visiting Amsterdam. Its a MUST do experience.

Amazing expierence, from start to finish , never been so scared and entertained at the same time, a lot of walking down stairs deep down into the dungeons with laughs and scares the whole way through, the only thing I found really disgraceful and unfair was 2 guys in our group were thrown out because one of them lifted up the hood of one of the actors that was stood in one of the rooms he only lifted up the hood out of Curiosity to see was it a manequin or a real person and he got kicked out for this which I felt was really really unfair, it should of been stated not to touch anything in there and the actor who had his hood lifted up was completely out of order over reacting and childish , other than this amazing experience , fun and worth the money just keep in mind keep your hands to yourself

Good show however don’t buy the tickets through here. They didn’t work. The manager had to Come and say this always happens. Was worried he wouldn’t let us through but he was great.
