So fun. I was hesitant because of how much it cost, but the area is fun to walk through, the host was incredible, I've never had such a perfect and fresh stroopwafel, exactly the way I wanted it. So much laughing and joking and learning. I would recommend this to anyone. Kids. Adults. Groups. Had an absolute blast

Delicious activity 🤤😋
My four kids (ages 13-19) plus my parents (70s) all enjoyed the process as well as the end result.

This was a fun activity after touring museums. Very friendly staff taught us how to make stroopwaffels.

Such a wonderful experience! Julia was a wonderful teacher! We each made 2 stroopwaffels to take with us.

Awesome experience. Head chef was excellent, very funny and engaging. He certified us all as expert waffle makers and you leave with a certificate which will surely help me in my career back Louisiana. Waffles I made were great and I have zero cooking experience. If I can do it anyone can. There was water, coffee and tea available to enjoy with your waffles and to go bags to take with you. Quick fun experience!

Janat was wonderful host. We had so much fun doing the workshop and obviously the stroopwaffels were amazing.

This was a super fun experience! It was great that they went around and asked everyone to introduce themselves (while we were kneading the dough!) as we met people from around the world! I would do this again when in Amsterdam!

This was a fun experience. It was the perfect length of time and was a very welcoming and informative environment!

The people were super nice and helpful. Also, the waffles turned out to be delicious and we got to put toppings on them.

Overall we enjoyed this experience but you’re not really making the dough. You just mix water with the flour mixture. They do give you the recipe for home. It was fun to bake and eat them though.

My husband and I did this experience and had Nicola as a host! We loved it and besides it being a delicious treat... enjoyed the fun atmosphere and vibe. First... we arrived late and we're graciously greeted and given the option to join the next group... which we did. We enjoyed a cup of coffee and then explored the very cool market right outside. Then had the experience. Loved it and definitely recommend.

Well organized. Fun. Staff extremely helpful during the workshop, but also went above and beyond by helping us find a meeting place for our ride.
I t was fun to learn how those delicious treats were made.

Our head chef Morris was great at Giving step by step instructions. My son and I came late due taking the wrong train route, but made it to this cute little market area with shops, where there were many shops but one Stroop Waffle making class. Morris, jokingly gave me a hard time for being tardy but also said I redeemed myself since I did a great job on my waffle creation 😃
If you have the opportunity to do a class do it. My 10 year old son really enjoyed this class and so did I! Highly recommend it.

We whent to this stroopwafel class on a three day trip to Amsterdam, our hosts, Julia and Harald were amazing and helpful, it took around 45 minutes in total and at the end you are offered complimentary drinks to enjoy with your freshly made stroopwafel, I would definitely recommend this experience!!

Shota is not only an excellent tutor, he is a very interesting guy. He made the whole experience enjoyable for everyone. Thanks

Bring your sweet tooth! We had fun learning how to make stroopwaffles. Instructions were clear and our instructor was lively, funny, and encouraging. It was very fast paced. Workshops are back to back, with 18 people learning and making 2 stroopwaffles each, we felt rushed by the woman that needed us out so she could be ready for the next group. Ours didn't get the chance to col compl

So fun! Great for kids 11 and 13. We scheduled it the day we did the van gogh and rijksmuseum due to proximity. There was also a street market outside we walked through on the way.

Fun quick experience to do if you’re looking for something to do. Depending on how you choose to travel to get to the destination. There’s plenty of shops, food, and other neat things along your way.

Fantastic and Morris was brilliant. A lovely way to spend an afternoon. Well done to everyone involved

This was a lot of fun. It is just around the corner from some lovely restaurants around the Albert Cuypmarkt. The chefs spoke excellent English and were entertaining. My two daughters had a great time. A child old enough to follow fairly simple directions will be mostly fine (nothing more complex than “add flour to the bowl until the scale says 125g, now add water until it says 150g”).
Keep in mind you will need to cut the stroopwaffel open while it is very hot and still steaming inside to add the caramel. It is very thin and that is delicate and you might steam your hands a bit. I’m clumsy and I survived. That part and putting it on the griddle might be best done by adults, but my 11 year old was able to handle the cuts with some help.

Lovely ambience and fun presentation we loved making the waffles. The staff was friendly. The instructor was clear and helpful.
