Fun time. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly! They enjoyed their job and that was obvious by their enthusiasm! We had a great time!!

Pleasantly surprised with this experience! Wasn’t expecting such a fun and interactive tour but had a blast. My friend isn’t a beer drinker but she even admitted the tour was fun.

To find the stop at the train station was very difficult. A dozen of people told us where to go to catch it. We waited 2 hours and no tour. Finally found the tour and sightseeing kiosk and was very disappointed. Finally got on the bus after 2 this afternoon, and now we will not be able to go on the boat tour. Not enough time before they close. Very very disappointed with this hop on hop off in Amsterdam. I have done many all over the world and this one is the worst
Fun but informative. The staff’s infectious energy ensured we felt the Heineken vibe! It as a fun way to spend an afternoon!
Dud really know what to expect especially on a self-guided tour but this turned out to be spectacular.

Heineken Experience was fun and informative! Really enjoyed the tour and the view from the roof top is not to be missed!
Its a must for all tourists young and old as you wont be disappointed. Don't miss out on the roof top bar with beautiful views across the city
The tour was pretty cool and enjoyed the view from the rooftop. I would recommend this if you have time while visiting Amsterdam. It isn’t a must do so don’t feel bad if you don’t have time.

We had a good time at the Heineken Experience. Staff were super fun, and great Heineken beers. The tour combined a history with modern advances in brewing. We did think it was a little confusing as part of the tour was with a guide and part self-guided.
It was a good tour. The guides were very knowledgeable. The beer tasted great.
Wish the rooftop was included with the price of admission.
If they drink beer 🍺 they’ll love ❤️ it. The technology was very nice. Also learning how to make beer was interesting who started it, what ingredients you need to make it.

Good tour and Beer. We had no issues with getting into the brewery and we also did the Rooftop bar for one more.
The tour started a little early but we were able to catch up. Most of tour was up to you rather than a guide.
Stories told by employees who do the work. Very personal. Visual presentations were helpful. Moving about the building was nice
Very interactive, engaging, and energetic. Lots of fun for everyone. I recommend getting the experience with the rooftop for that extra drink and view. It's just beautiful. 5 stars!

The tour was both educational and fun. We learned the history of Heineken in an interactive way and enjoyed a couple of beers at the end of the tour. Our guides were friendly and knowledgeable.
Mixture of self guided exploring and also guided taljs by the team. Really interesting and immersive but not overstimulating. I really enjoyed it as a solo traveller. The merchandise is also great and reasonably priced considering.

Had a great time. It’s about half self-guided, half listening at various stations. The experience is very well put together and pretty entertaining. You can take your time and read all of the history or breeze through to bar
