Lots of reviews said this was a cheesy, very touristy attraction - the facts: my husband and I had a great time and we are in our 70s. It was a lot of fun, great way to spend a couple of hours, finding out a bit about the history of Heineken, how beer is made, imaginative interactive exhibits, and great cold complimentary beer. What more can you ask for!

You will love this your! The guides are friendly and fun. Heineken is a very historic place in Amsterdam and we enjoyed the interactive nature of the tour. We were surprised that there were so many game rooms to enjoy and even karaoke! You get two full size beers at the end of the tour and a small beer during the tasting. Fun place!!

Great experience and great to get to know the history before henieken. One thing I will say it’s feels a little crowded at time. Other than that would recommend and you get few drinks at the end!

Not a tour of the actual working brewery but a tour of old brewery, facilities. Lots of videos and people speaking about the brewing process. The best part is probably getting to drink a couple of small beers.

We were expecting a bit of a smaller group, but it was extremely full of noisy people, making it hard to hear the few parts of the tour that were narrated. The rest was mostly self-guided, but felt like you were walking through a giant Heineken advertisement. Halfway through the tour there is a “ride” that was less a ride and more of a video sequence. The tour included two free beers, but the bar was very busy and didn’t have many tables or seats.

Such a good experience. We really enjoyed the “Ride”. Even if you don’t drink, it was good to hear and see the beginnings of where the famous beer started. The staff were full of energy and kept it interesting and fun which was great.

This is a very informative tour of the Heineken brewery. Full with complete history of the beginning founders, and the way that it has evolved and expanded. The tour leaders are energetic and lively, and make sure the group is engaged. There is a lot of animation to experience which was a great surprise and lots of fun. If you choose the tour with the two beers at the end, it’s really fun! The setting is almost as if you were in a disco Tech! We really enjoyed ourselves.

Enjoyed a fun experience with friends. The tour started off slowly but got more interesting as it went in. The interactive videos and games were very funny as were the competitions. I would recommend to others.

A must experience for beer lovers. Skip the queue using Viator. The tour provides insight into Heineken‘s history. A well organized walk through the brewery. The 4D experience is nice.

Rubbish. Have been on many brewery tours - this was awful.
Far too many visitors at one time, very little information. Skip the line non existant. Partner visited on 80's and so disappointed this time around.

Well set out with lots of interaction. The beer at the end is the best part lol! It takes about an hour for the tour but you can shorten it if you need too especially if you when there specifically for the beer.

Thought this was just an ok thing to do. I think this experience is geared more to 30-40 year olds who only want to drink some beers and really don't care about the history of Heineken.

The experience is well worth the money, it was by far one of the best brewery experiences I have had. I just wish there was some food at the end to go with the beer as our tour was first thing in the morning and we didn't have time to eat before hand.
