Had a great time. It’s about half self-guided, half listening at various stations. The experience is very well put together and pretty entertaining. You can take your time and read all of the history or breeze through to bar

Fun experience. Went with 19 yo daughter who wanted to taste beer! Very informational but there was some issue with booking time of 5:30. The venue said that 5:15 was last entry. They did let us in happily and got us up to speed with 5:15 group in a 1-1 private session. Fun experience if you want to see how it’s exactly made & history.

I’ve been to many brewery tours but this one was by far the most interesting. They have the stories and the beginning ofcourse but then it is modern with immersive rooms and great visual storytelling. The rooftop is fine, not sure it’s very worth it but it comes with an extra drink!

The tour was okay, but so many people in a group made it a little hard to maneuver around. Wish they gave you a little more about the history of the company.

An interesting combination of history and kitschy multimedia experience. We didn't realize when we went into they no longer make Heineken at this facility. So there's no elaborate tour of the bottling etc. Instead you get a theme-park style multimedia explosion and brand celebration. It was a lot of fun!!! Not the best "brewery" tour we've ever been on, but We don't regret going.

Educational and So much fun…you’ll be surprised! It was an amazing experience! It was very interactive! My hubby won the instructor’s glass of beer for giving the satisfactory answers to his questions. Hahaha

So, it was good, really explained the origin of the beer and founding fathers. The two beer each as advertised was a bit of a stretch as the first beer might have been 6-8 ounces. The second maybe 10 we are seniors( 60’s) so it was a bit young for us. Definitely geared for a younger crowd.

Excellent tour, but the building is very old with lots of stairs over several floors. Anyone with mobility issues may have difficulty navigating the tour, and may require assistance from the staff. Staff were very helpful and accommodating when necessary. Elevators are available but often difficult to locate.

Lots of reviews said this was a cheesy, very touristy attraction - the facts: my husband and I had a great time and we are in our 70s. It was a lot of fun, great way to spend a couple of hours, finding out a bit about the history of Heineken, how beer is made, imaginative interactive exhibits, and great cold complimentary beer. What more can you ask for!

You will love this your! The guides are friendly and fun. Heineken is a very historic place in Amsterdam and we enjoyed the interactive nature of the tour. We were surprised that there were so many game rooms to enjoy and even karaoke! You get two full size beers at the end of the tour and a small beer during the tasting. Fun place!!
