Directions: Close to Dam Square at NH Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky dock. It only takes 5 minutes to walk from Dam Square. Due to municipal regulations, we are required to drop off guests at Kloveniersburgwal instead of the original departure location. This is only a 5 minute walk back.

Find your way to the NH Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky dock, where you'll cash in your voucher. The cruises run all day and into the night, so you can choose the time that is most convenient for you. Boats stop at the dock approximately every 30 minutes.
Step aboard and be greeted by your captain and hostess, dedicated to your enjoyment and safety while on the boat. Sit back and enjoy the sights while your captain provides narration about the history, culture, architecture, and people of Amsterdam. You'll pass important city sights such as the Old Church, the Magere Brug, and the Amstel River. Grab a drink from the bar (own expense) and pull a provided blanket over your lap if you get chilly.

Fabulous tour group. Great canal history and open bar was a nice touch. Likely to rain but the boat had plenty of umbrellas. Would book again!
Lovely cruise. Staff very friendly only problem was we sat at front of the boat and you couldn’t hear any of the information the guide was saying. Would def recommend
Nice cruise, learned some about Amsterdam. There was an issue with my reservation (bought via Viator) where they dismissed us first and only had a private party at that time so we had to wait for the next boat at 530 vs 5.
Nice folks but not much information given about this great city. This is my 6th canal tour either with family or coworkers so I have a good comparison.
Such an amazing all inclusive tour! The drinks package is worth it! Ward and Tilde were the best tour guides! Even for a quick tour, they helped us make the most of it!
LOVED IT! Brother sister duo here, felt personalized and you could feel the pride of the crew. Loved that they made you feel welcome before even stepping on board. We added the unlimited drinks and some people deter you from doing this because you won't get your $ worth, but our drinks were never empty, so 10/10 recommend. We went on a 2PM tour, in July, and it felt semi-private, not busy at all. Boat was beautiful! Would absolutely go on this tour again!

We showed up for the canal tour and was told it had been moved two hours behind due to mechanical issues. We were unable to accept updated time. Now, I'm being told to request a refund.
Captain Don and bartender Lemone were very knowledgeable and humorous in their narration of the tour. The umbrellas provided much needed relief from the 94 degree heat of the day. Drinks were provided and refills regularly checked on. Lots of fun and highly recommend unless rain is threatening.

The boat was very comfortable, easy to find, lovely flowers, and followed a nice route! The drinks were great and the crew was friendly!

The snack was a bag of Doritos and you were not allowed to order anything from drink menu that contained presecco.
Our tickets clearly included a complimentary welcome drink. However, despite reminding the staff twice, we were never proactively offered it. Instead, we were directed to order drinks from the menu and were then charged extra.
What’s more concerning is the staff’s attitude. After we questioned this, we were told that we should have asked for the welcome drink ourselves. Eventually, a staff member responded, “Oh, you want it? Should we give it to you now?” — at that point, the boat was about to dock in just 3 minutes, making the offer completely meaningless.
Better staff training and basic service consistency are clearly needed.
Our skipper (Ward) and guide (Ayan) were wonderful!! Very informative and welcoming throughout our boat ride. This is a must for Amsterdam!
Ward and Aygiz were everything my friend and I could’ve asked for and more! They were both so great and made the entire experience for us amazing. I highly recommend everyone booking with them!!
Luxury? No. But it was fun! The snacks only snacks offered are bags of Doritos. Limited menu of bottom shelf liquor with very limited mixer options.
Had an amazing time, booked for unlimited cocktails and my glass was never empty for long! Aigiz was our guide and he was very friendly and made our journey that much better, would definitely book again!!

Fantastic canal cruise experience. Nuno and Renee were excellent guides, sharing loads of interesting facts about Amsterdam, from the history of the canals to the surrounding buildings and the light show. The drinks were great and constantly topped up, which made the experience even better. Nuno also gave us some recommendations for bars and restaurants afterwards. Would definitely recommend.
It's fraud! Me with 5 member of Family!! They asked about rebook, and then disappeare untul today. They didnt reply our messages!!! You took all the money of 5 member which is expensive? The service and attitude are bad. So regret to try to believe!!!

Once we finally left it was very good
It was terrible. The seating was uncomfortable- you slid off the seats. You couldn’t see out of the boat well. There was nothing to see if you could. The drinks were terrible. They bribed everyone for good reviews. Classless and a complete waste of time and money.
Tour was very relaxed and the crew were really informative throughout and gave us a laugh. Saturday night Sipping cocktails on a boat is a Really Nice way to see Amsterdam from the canals. Shout out adriana & captain. Highly recommend.

We booked this excursion due to the appeal of unlimited cocktails and nibbles for an hour duration of this cruise, to explore more of Amsterdam by the canals, to our dismay we were told on boarding that we could have a “couple” of drinks (but no offer of nibbles) as offered on the advert??
To be fare the operator was very knowledgable of the different buildings and sites that we saw, but on emptying my glass for the second time nothing was offered, and buy the end of the trip still no nibbles!!
Overall a bit disappointed with the excursion, but fare play to the company, we asked for a partial refund and we did get it.
René and Quessia were our guides and did such an amazing job providing fun games and drinks while telling us about Amsterdam. Definitely recommend if you’re visiting Amsterdam!
We’re sold on the photo of a covered boat it is November the boat was open we had to ask for blankets but were told we’re getting some from the office which they did we’re told unlimited cocktails but not really cocktails rum and coke is not a cocktail
The boat left at 6:19 for a 6:20 tour and did not wait for us as we were at the dock when it departed. All the other operators check to see if they have all guests. The company has yet to respond to my request for a refund
