Emiliano, our entertaining guide was very well organised and he packed in a lot for us to see and experience. We had an added bonus of seeing the entire coast, from Amalfi to Salerno, due to a retour - due to a fire and closed road. Our travel agent was friendly, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with the tour. We did the early morning tour. With the heat and crowds this was the best time for the visit. Meeting at the cafe extra early to try to get some breakfast and coffee. Usually it opens at 6 am but on Thursday 7:00. Oh well, we got some fruit and drinks before meeting guide. We found that the company has you stand in line on side of cafe if you have a private tour. Then they scan ticket and pair you with your assigned guide. Actually, it was pretty efficient.

Federica and Giovanni did a great job gathering our group and getting us to and from Pompeii. Once at Pompeii, she connected us with the archeological guide who took us in to the ancient city. It is truly a stunning site with lots of history. One thing I'd say is, dress comfortable, and be prepared to walk a lot and at a quick pace, in order to keep up with the group.

Brian was an excellent guide and this tour was the perfect length of time to see many of the highlights of Florence!! Great combination of history, culture as well as recommendations for shopping and other places to visit in the City. The skip the line to see the Davis was well worth this ticket, especially with the record breaking heat! Would highly recommend this tour - our groups of 5 including two teenagers loved it!

The Acadamie was less...

The Acadamie was less crowded than we feared and we were able to spend as much time as we wanted viewing not only the Michelangelo David but other unfinished works (the prisoners), Stradivarius instruments, and early piano forte, among other exhibits. Our guide was knowledgeable and engaging.

This is an impressive collection of paintings. Our guide Giana had a ton of knowledge and kindly led us to the highlights of the museum. After over 2 hrs, there was more to see. Not for those who just want to pass thru. Giana was on time and helped with avoiding the crowds, as well as explaining significance and detail of the paintings, as well as the museum itself. Great for those of us with an interest in the Renaissance.

Amazing and unique experience. Napoli Sotterranea is a must-see if you want to truly understand the hidden history of Naples. The guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and engaging,explaining centuries of history in a clear and fascinating way. Walking through the narrow tunnels and ancient cavities is both exciting and atmospheric. Wear comfortable shoes and be prepared for cooler temperatures underground. Fantastic day in Rome!

GREAT way to see the major sites in a short amount of time! We were only going to be in Rome for a day - so this was perfect!!! The guides were lovely and knowledgeable, and the driver was extremely attentive and knowledgeable as well!! The whole day was lovely - would highly recommend to others!!!!! The day is planned very well- packing a lot into a short amount of time. We loved Eliza who was just so knowledgeable about Rome and it's history!!! She spent the morning with us at the Colosseum and the Forum. Then we had lunch at a lovely little cafe - very good pasta!! The afternoon was at the Vatican with Francesca who clearly is a pro! So nice to skip all of the lines and walk right in - and she knew all of the shortcuts!!! Alfred was our driver - and such a wonderful person! He took great care of us for the day and went the extra mile to make certain we saw everything along the way that was of importance to us. All in all - a wonderful day!!! Worth every penny!

I had a wonderful time with this tour. Our tour guide Alessandra helped us make it inside the Vatican as swift as possible considering how hectic the entrance can be. In this tour you’ll be able to take a shortcut to get you to the Sistine chapel and another for Saint Peter’s Basilica. It’s a nice detail considering how many people visit the Vatican everyday. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and patient with everyone. Highly recommend.
