What a fun day spent in...
What a fun day spent in the Tuscan countryside. Our driver Leo was very knowledgeable and entertaining. We really enjoyed being introduced to some of the delicious wines of the Chianti area. After driving i. A rental car for most of our trip to Italy, it was nice to be able to sit back and relax. Full day but our whole family (sons 19 and 22).

We Are Proficient Pizza Chefs
This was a super fun experience, it was our second cooking class in our travels across Italy but this one was WAY more enjoyable than pasta making. We were a group of 7 so it was just us and another family of 4 and were all there to have fun! We got in right on time and the lessons were great, super easy for 13 year old kids to successfully follow and even us grown folk. Federico and Roberta are amazing together switching seamlessly between Pizza and Gelato. Did I LOVE the food we made? Not really but who would I complain to… the chef? We had a blast, laughed and learned, we left with recipes we might even try at home.

A Taste of Tuscany — An Unforgettable Cooking Experience
This was the absolute highlight of our trip! Chris and Erica were wonderful hosts — warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They made seven hours feel like no time at all. Erica, in particular, kept us laughing the entire time — her sense of humor made the experience even more memorable. We started at the central market, where we learned all about the fresh ingredients we'd soon be cooking with and eating from Chris. Then it was off to a beautiful Tuscan farmhouse, where we made fresh pasta and Bolognese sauce from scratch before sitting down to enjoy everything we'd created together — paired with great wine, of course. If you're visiting Tuscany, don't think twice. Book it.

Wonderful tour with professional chef
Excellent tour in all respects. First, clear instructions exactly where to meet (a point not always well explained by some listings). Our guide, Francesco, was not just a pleasant professional guide but a professional chef and foodie as well who offered not only tasting notes and history, but also useful comments about professional techniques, ingredient composition and personal thoughts on a long list of different restaurants in the area which he’s personally dined at . The sites we visited were all highly enjoyable and excellent (though nothing outside the range of usual palates - no lampredotto!), and the walk and stops were easy and well paced. And just the right amount of food and wine. All in all, well worth the price and the time.
