What can I say “borat” was hilarious from start the finish. Nice ride to the countryside. What a view! When we arrived Francesco was amazing. Learned a lot about wine and the lunch was spot on. I highly recommend this tour if you have a decent chunk of your day to spare. It won’t disappoint

Perfect end to a great trip to Tuscany.

We had an incredible day. For many reasons, including several wonderful wines, but especially because Luca was the most amazing guide of a thousand talents. He picked us up and drove us to the winery and told us so much about the region on the way. Same for the history of the Fattoria S. Pancrazia winery. Which had the most amazing view of the Tuscan countryside. Luca was very knowledgeable about the wines and discussed them in a very approachable, unpretentious way. And then there was the food! The antipasto tray was a great selection that complemented the wines perfectly. And we learned about the magic of arugula-pesto on crostini. Then he made us a great pasta dish to go with several of the winery’s reds. So, in summary: beautiful old winery with spectacular view. Wonderful wines and food. And a great guide that made it informative and fun.

Beautiful day in the Italian countryside. Loving slow and basking in the Tuscan sun. The vineyard is small and personal, the wine is just what you want from this experience. Our guide was very knowledgeable and did a great job of helping us understand life on the vineyard.

I was traveling with my 18yr granddaughter. I love wine and wanted to teach her about good wine. She can not drink in the USA legally at 18yr but she can in Italy. The total group was maybe 10 people. We arrive in two vans. 8 went on Vesba tour. My granddaughter and I had a tour of the winery and vineyard. Sampled 6 wines and had a wine lesson by a sommelier. He also taught at Florence University. Very informative and friendly. Good group of people. Would do it again.

We took the trip to Chianti from Florence. Luca was our driver and so funny, entertaining, and made the trip worthwhile. Iris was at the winery and guided us through the wine and food pairing. Overall a very fun experience

Amazing Tuscan experience visitng a beautiful winery overlooking the Italian countryside. The wine was phenomenal and the hosts were great. My wife and I really enjoyed the tour and tasting on this small semi-private tasting.

Good tour guide, winery tour and tasting. However for the high price we had expected to see more of the Tuscan country side and have a spectacular lunch. The ride was 15-20 minutes in the city, and the lunch was average. This tour was very poor value compared to tours we had in other cities during our 17 day trip across northern Italy. For example, this tour was $595 for the two of us vs our Murano and Burano island tour for $142. We saw and experienced more on the island tour for 1/4 of the price.

Overpriced excursion

This wine tasting did not live up to the description provided. The host sommelier was personable, knowledgeable and attentive to our group given the number of wines tasted. The lunch and transportation were a huge disappointment. With a cost of $150 cost per person, the lunch should have been better than some bread, a couple slices of cured meat and cheese and couscous followed by a mini fig newton cookie. The van driver was engaging and entertaining but the van was too cramped (and not clean) to transport 8 adults comfortably for the 30 minute ride. The cost was way too much for what was provided.

Awesome winery tour

This trip was totally awesome experience. From the drive out to the private Vinyard to the tour of the winery. We lucked out and got a private tasting simply by chance as the bookings were slow that day. The sommelier took us for a tour of the Vinyard and back to the tasting area, where we tastes 6 awesome wines. The sommelier was extremely knowledgeable about the wines right from harvest to the table. Once the Vespa drivers got back we all enjoyed a great lunch served in the tasting area. Over all highly recommend this tour to anyone.

This was such a fun day trip! The winery is small which makes it feel so personal while you are there. Our sommelier was very fun and knowledgeable. As the other reviews mention, some group members will be there for a Vespa ride while others are just there for the wine. You will get much more information on the wine and time with the sommelier with this experience, but you still get to taste all the wines on the Vespa tour (basically we were tasting while they did their 30 minute ride). I would highly recommend this! Dejan (the owner) happened to be driving our van and was friendly and entertaining. If you like red wines, this is a fantastic option.

We shared the tour with people who were going on Vespa adventures, which made the trip complicated for the directors of the tour. It was raining that day, and different groups returned from their Vespas at different times. This was occurring while we got to enjoy a tour of the winery, the wine itself, and wonderful food. In three weeks in Tuscany, we had the best olive oil here. We also loved the Pinot Noir wines the winery made. It was spectacular, and our guide was truly well informed, kind but not too sweet, and it was terrific to learn so much about a small area of the world. Small but glorious!

NOT as Advertised !! Find another wine tasting. I am sad that I wasted my opportunity in Tuscany on this !!

Do not book this! We were not told and the tour operator combined those who booked this wine tasting( 8 ppl.) with 14 ppl. who booked a "Vespa ride and wine lunch." Our Sommelier had to prepare the lunch for all 22 people and only poured our wine and then left each time and said " I have to prepare lunch" and only talked about each wine for about 30 seconds as he poured. However, he let in a couple for a "private" wine tasting ( after saying they were full) during our time and they paid him cash ! When it was time for lunch we had to wait 45 minutes for the Vespa riders to return. He literally put our lunches down in front of us and told us we could not eat until they returned. We did not get a tour of the vineyards as advertised. I bought wine and after 7 days have not been e-mailed the promised receipt or tracking info that I was promised but my credit card was charged that day. I reached out to Viator and they told me to contact the tour operator who was no help. Viator took my money and refused to give me any refund. I gave them a chance before posting this review. I have booked many experiences, including wine tastings, and this was the worst ever. I called my credit card company to dispute this charge and they agreed that this was inferior service.

Dear Beth Brody from Ohio, This is Dejan, I am the owner of this company, now it's our turn ;) First of all most funny part of this story, that after "very bad" experience you bought wine at the end, I don't get it, you didn't enjoyed one second but you purchased the wine?! Please check your phone voice mail we called you multiple times. On the order is clearly indicated that once wine pass the custom, you will have your tracking number, but obviously you couldn't see that if you think about sommelier telling you that he need to prepare lunch. Just read again your review, it's all about everything else around you, but I can't see your experience, taste of the wine for example? Dear Beth, sometimes, just think for a second, maybe it's just you, maybe you can say something on the spot, maybe the wine from Italy take longer then a week to Ohio, maybe you like to blackmail companies and try chargeback. Travelling is exploring, asking, exchanging, for sure not calling a credit card company or give a chance to Viator or give a votes, again Beth, remember that you review people and not a company, so maybe pick up the phone next time! Wonderful! My husband and I had a wonderful time on this trip. We got a tour of the winery and then sat with the sommelier and talked about the grapes, wines from that region, the winery, etc. We tried many varieties and bought a couple of bottles to enjoy while we were on vacation and to bring back. Nothing felt rushed or like it dragged on. It was a lovely time.

We had a wonderful trip out to the Tuscan countryside and were then treated to a tour of the winery that dates back to the Etruscan era, remains that are still visible. The tour guide and sommelier, Manuela, was charming and very informative from the greeting through our wine tasting, lunch and leave taking. The tour director was also a delight, and we were accompanied by a lovely family. The wine was delicious, and I order a case with some of their olive oil. A truly memorable experience.
