This cooking class was really engaging and Jackamo was entertaining and a patient teacher that made it so fun!! Our family of 8 had a varying level of cooking skills, and all of us were an integral part in making the 4 course meal. We learned how to make gnocchi from scratch, which was really cool!! I would absolutely recommend this class!! What a fun way to create memories in Italy!

First of all we were the only students in the class - Gustavo, was a fabulous teacher, with a bit of humour, lots of knowledge and helped us with our technique, making sure we were executing the recipe as professionally as possible. On each course we learned something new ( if we had previously made the recipe.). We enjoyed making the recipes he had chosen for us and the food was delicious! Very clean, high end equipment, and a professional cooking class. If you want to learn how to cook Italian I highly recommend “In Taovla Cooking Academy in Florence! “

Fun experience. Very hands on and proper recipes. Learnt a few great tips and the chef was so lovely. Kitchen was super clean and everyone enjoyed tasting the food over diner and wine at the end. Did it with my teenage daughter and she loved it too. Highly recommend

The cooking instruction was informative and entertaining. The food amounts were generous but we wondered where all the leftovers ended up. ( Hopefully not in the trash). Three bottles of wine for 15 guests fell short of the promised all you can drink.

Chaotic, the instructions were not given clearly, and the stations were not well prepared. Most of the class was spend waiting for someone to go find spoons or missing ingredients. But everyone was kind and it was still enjoyable.

We loved our cooking class! The chef was very knowledgeable and he taught us how to prepare a four course meal that was amazing! We were a little nervous because we read reviews about other cooking classes that weren’t very clean, but the chef had everyone wash their hands multiple times and kept everything very hygienic. The class had air conditioning too. We highly recommend this class!

Very fun cooking class, the chef was friendly & charming. The group bonded well & we enjoyed the other members so much! The food itself was not as tasty as I hoped. We loved the asparagus appetizer, enjoyed the gnocchi which was fun to make, didn't care for the chicken cacciatore, and enjoyed the chocolate souffle. We had so much fun eating together & enjoyed it so much!

This cooking class was a highlight of mine and my mums Italian Holiday. From the time we got there till the time we left we felt so welcomed. We cooked a four course meal and then sat down to eat it with the other people on the tour. The recipes were very easy and instructions we were given by the chef Matteo were really great tools I will take away and use in my own kitchen. We even got a recipe book with what we cooked so we can use it at home. I would have no hesitation in recommending this cooking class in Florence to anybody. It was amazing.

Great experience and very nice chef. My wife and I had a great time, met some other great folks from around the world, and learned how to make some awesome Italian food! The group was very large, and even if the kitchen could accommodate everyone, I wish Teheran setting was a bit smaller. Still, it was super nice.
