This was a fun way to experience the cuisine of Florence. Great stops, our guide was great and accommodated the group. Great choice of stops and food and wine tasting. Well worth the trip.

Christina did a great job with all 14 of us but especially my wife Gerry because of her issues with food allergies. The places we went and the tastings we had were all super . We especially liked the wine and vintage and olive oil lesson.

Our food tour of Florence was amazing. Christina was a great guide and all of the selections were delicious. Florence has so many food options, so we scheduled the tour in the beginning of our trip to make sense of it all and it worked out wonderfully. We returned to several of the tour stops and the knowledge gained from the tour truly enhanced our Florence experience.

This small group food tour included some history of the City and the culture of it's people. We tasted so much we were full by the end. The variety of tastes was fantastic, including some local wines. The amount of walking was reasonable for all that we saw. Our guide was very accommodating of my wife's food allergies and really gave us his personal attention.

Manuel, our guide was passionate (having grown in a hospitality household) and fun. He was friendly, informative, easygoing and patient. We are only a small group, 7 in total and so we enjoyed some great chats over yummy food. Walking around, sampling some delicious food and wine only made me want to come back again because there's so much to eat! Given that Florence is famous for its steak, would have been nice to have it included, even if each of us only get like 2 small pieces :D

The white wine was good and cheap at 7 euro a bottle.
Some other things could be improved. The coccoli is supposed to be served warm with melted cheese. It was cold with non-melted cheese. The truffle on bread was served with what I feel was not so great bread.
We were brought to a shop that sells bottles of vinegar, olive oil, etc. I thought the olive oil was not great for the price they are selling it at.
I asked the guide how olives are processed before being sold and she didn't know. Given the importance of olives to the cuisine and this is a food tour, this is disappointing.
I don't recall the pastry at the second to last stop being explained to us. It would have been better if we could learn some more about the pastry tradition in Florence/Firenze.

We had the best time on our food tour through Florence! The food was AMAZING, and our guide was so kind and knowledgeable. We enjoyed getting to sit down at so many places because we got to know some of the other members of our tour better as we all sat and ate. 10/10, would definitely recommend!

Christina was an excellent guide with the tour providing exceptional tasting experiences of truffles, olive oil, ragu, sweet treats and various wines and other foods. The historic venues were an amazing discovery we would never have found if not on the tour. Would definitely recommend.

Be prepared to eat! We trialed lots of Italian delicacies from local cafes and markets and a few wines too. It was a good introduction to Italian food.

We had a great experience with our tour guide. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would’ve liked to see a little bit more about cheeses and cured meats like visiting a slim Mary, and or cheese shop. Overall good experience but via could do a little bit better with the Places we visited.

Our guide was experienced and knowledgeable and she allowed us to move from place to place at our pace. We never felt rushed. She introduced us to small venues for wine tasting food sampling, most of which we probably would not have found on our own. We enjoyed every moment of this tour, which we highly recommend to others.

5 different stops during a very interesting and fun adventure. Veronica, our guide was humorous, knowledgeable and very passionate about Florentine cuisine. I learned a lot especially about the various qualities of balsamic vinegar and olive oil. We went back to one of the stops for a full dinner the next evening. Grazie mille Veronica.
