We were four people who wanted a 4-hour, individual tour highlighting WWII and Berlin’s points of interest.
Ariel, our tour guide was FANTASTIC! He has an expertise in history and geography and is passionate and eager to share his knowledge. He brought it all together for us in such a rich, fun and fulfilling way, and his enthusiasm and inspired us. We wished we had another day with him.

Ariel the tour guide was on time and helpful in showing us how to navigate the Hbf in Berlin. He was knowledgeable and kept our interest most of the time but seemed to have his own agenda in parts. We would have preferred a native Berliner instead of him because he was an Israeli emigre.

Georgia was a ray of sunshine on a rainy Berlin late August day!
To start- what a treat to initiate tour at our Berlin hotel! Even though it wasn’t listed as a possible tour start spot. They reached out and we were able to meet at hotel!
Georgia personalized the tour from our start point.
4 hours zoomed right by with her knowledge of events and sites. Nice pace and stops. From start by Museum Island Ended at the Berlin Wall.
She even offered additional trip tips for our next Berlin days.
Was so wonderful to have a private tour with just the 3 of us, if nothing else- so we could hear!

Simon was a really informative guide who explained the history of the sites we visited on the trip so clearly. He also gave us some top tips on places to visit once our tour was over. We used the brief visits to the Topography of Terrors and the Holocaust Memorial to revisit them in more detail the next day.

Daniel is a wonderful guide. I recommend this tour whether you know a little or a lot about the history of the 3rd Reich. Daniel met us at our hotel, asked us what would like to see, and quickly made a plan. The four hours flew by and by the end of the day Daniel felt like a member of our family. At the end of the tour he gave recommendations for other things to do and see. This tour is definitely a must do while you are in Berlin.

I highly recommend this tour, especially with Martin as guide. Martin was able to pack in all of the relevant significant sights and provide the historical context in a very accessible way. Our tour guide, Maria, was wonderful! She was so knowledgeable and made the tour
so interesting! It was really cold, 20 degrees! After walking outside for three hours by the end we were freezing, but it was totally worth it! We learned more about The Third Reich and Hitler in three hours than we had in our whole lives.
I would highly recommend this tour. It’s an amazing history lesson!
