Joachim was an engaging and knowledgeable tour guide.
The 3 hours were chock full of things to see and learn. Be sure you have lots of stamina, because it is a lot of walking. There is a break/cafe stop in the middle, so it isn't too taxing.
Definitely a worthwhile tour.

It is a great idea of a tour. You visit the most important sites walking around marvelled by the stories our guide was telling us. So it sets you in the mood for the city. Is a great way to get a first glimpse of and incredible city. Loved Berlin! Loved the tour! And the next time I go there I'll take a tour again. Me and my daughters we loved it.

This was as a fantastic overview and introduction to the city! Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. The only downside - the promo promised an included brat which we never received. But currywurst or not, our tour was simply fantastic!

What a fantastic tour. Jorg was an amazing guide whose knowledge of the buildings and sites was phenomenal. His explanations of the history of the city at the start was an excellent set up for us to understand how the city has changed over the years and how it has been shaped.
We saw all the main sites of historical Berlin and great stories about so many places. Plus, Jorg explaining how his upbringing was affected and what he thought of various things that happened made it really personal. He also walked at a great pace so all could keep up and even swerved us around a protest!
Cannot fault this tour. STRONG recommend!

This was a walking tour covering Berlin’s history from its formation to present day. Paul provided an excellent overview of all the major historical events and led the tour to many of the buildings and areas to compliment these events.
