Our e-bike tour was about ten people and our guide, Stu. Pre-ride setup and instructions were very good. Stu is quite the personable, quirky fellow. He was very positive, polite and had a wealth of knowledge. His experience with climbing, canyoneering, and hiking Zion is significant. Stu leads a fun tour while keeping the group safe and moving all the way up to the Temple of Sininawa and back into Springdale. Total trip is about 20 miles at an easy pass. The Radpower eBikes were simple to use. Highly recommend using these outfitters.

The staff and owner were so Nice and professional. My wife and I were blown away with Athena our guide. She was very knowledgeable and was always asking if we needed a photo taken.
We had a small group and we stopped at several places to take great pictures.

We were running about 15 minutes late and they were very kind and said that if we could get there within that timeframe, they’d hold the tour for us. We were able to get there about 10 minutes earlier than we expected, and they were ready and waiting for us with smiling faces. I would recommend making sure that you get used to the bike before you take it out of the parking lot. Make sure you don’t take off with it in gear or you might end up crashing and burning. I sort of expected to explore some off the beaten path areas, but that didn’t really happen. Regardless, it was a beautiful tour and our guide was very informative.

We booked this tour through Viator and had a phone conversation with the vendor before arriving in Zion. We signed the waiver, met our guide, Athena, and had a glorious ride through Zion National Park with 2 other couples, so our group was 6 adults, and I can highly recommend this tour. Our guide was knowledgeable, safe, and pleasant throughout the afternoon. The e-bikes were Rad bikes, easy to ride and Athena used a walkie talkie to communicate throughout the ride with all group members. Great tour in Zion, we saw so much and she made sure to give lots of information about the park throughout the ride.

Full Scenic Drive tour, about 18 miles total. This was our first E bike trip and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Using the pedal assist made the ride easy. The tour company is very organized, and the bikes were in good working order. Highly recommended!

This guided tour was a great way to see and feel the park. Our guide, Lillian, was excellent and knowledgeable. She kept the group together and shared interesting info throughout our ride. We loved that every bike had a mirror and a walkie talkie. She gave everyone time to see sights and take pictures, and she pointed out things we never would have seen on our own. This was our first trip to Zion and after day of hiking and using the shuttles, the 3 hour bike ride was a perfect gap filler. I know we could have rented e-bikes in our own for less, but it was so worth the extra $$ to have Lillian lead us. The guide knows all the in and outs of the park and rules of the road. You can’t go wrong with this group.

Great way to see a majority of the park on bike. The e bike was easy to use and even included a basket on the back to store items. Our guide was very knowledgeable. Enjoyed this tour!

It was absolutely easy to go through Viator to have this E bike tour through Zion National Park. Athena was our guide and it was a fabulous experience from start to finish. We took the 8 AM tour and I highly recommend that because things are not crowded and you are nice and cool. I cannot recommend it highly enough it is the perfect thing to do.

We had a truly memorable time with our guide, Athena. It was such an awesome ride into the park, all we had to do was follow Athena and listen to her point out certain sites, wildlife and fun facts about the park. About 1.5 hrs into our ride, heavy rain drenched us all but we laughed it out and took shelter at the lodge while their driver picked us up. While our ride was cut short, me and the kids will never forget our unique ebike experience at Zion. Thank you!!

The tour was easy to book, there was parking at the store, the guide was on time with our e-bikes and had water and snacks available for us. She gave us good information and went at a comfortable speed. Since there were only 3 in our group, the pace was great. Riding e-bikes was the way to go to see the park! I would recommend this tour.

Unfortunately we were only in Zion for a day so we were looking for something to do that would maximize our time. The e-bike tour was perfect. We covered a lot of ground and our family loved the experience. Our guides were also really great!

Athena was our guide and she was amazing! And very funny. We did the 7am tour which we are so glad we did. Nice and pleasant and not too hot. E-bikes are a great way to travel thru the park and avoid the very crowded shuttles.
