Overview
Journey into Slot Canyon in a UTV that can tackle the sandy trails. This private tour takes you to an off-the-beaten-path location far from the crowds of Zion's most-visited areas. Upon arrival, you'll take a short hike into the canyon where your guide will tell you all about its geology and history. Afterward, there's time for some optional sandboarding fun.

We will meet in the parking area of Peek-A-Boo Trailhead about 15 minutes north of Kanab. There are signs on the highway showing the turnoff. The turn is on highway 89 between mile markers 72 and 73. We will send a direct link before we meet up.

Your private tour takes you to Peek-A-Boo Slot Canyon in the most exciting way- by UTV. You’ll meet your private guide at the designated spot, and then get settled into your vehicle. Your guide will be the one navigating the sandy trails, so you can sit back and enjoy the ride.
You won’t be sharing with a tour group, so you have full attention from your guide, plus the freedom to go at your own pace. Besides learning all about the impressive geology and history of the area from your guide, you’ll also have the chance to sandboard down the dunes.
You’ll also get to walk through the canyon, which isn’t too difficult save for a short ladder at one point. It’s accessible for all ages and levels of hikers.

Tour guide Brent was excellent! Taught us how to sandboard, took the coolest pics, and gave some interesting history and fun facts. UTV was a fun ride! Sandboarding was awesome and the canyon is breathtaking. Photos don’t do it justice. I highly recommend it especially If you’re looking for a less crowded more private version of antelope canyon with the same photo ops!

It is the most unique experience we have had. Riding in the UTV on the sand trails with Brinley was a blast and surfing the sand dunes was an awesome experience. The walk thru the water swept canyon was beyond AMAZING. Brinley was soooo considerate and filled with bits of knowledge of the site and it's history. This was so much better than any of the other tours that we had and are promoted in the tradtionally marketed sites. Do this tour with Razors Edge Tours ... they're the best!!

One of our favorite experiences while visiting Zion. We had two kids, ages 5 and 7. Brent was very helpful with them and offered a booster so our 5 year old could see better in the ATV. We loved trying sand boarding, such a fun experience! The slot canyon was amazing too. Brent provided us so much cool information on the history of the canyons and pointed out things along the way. Would definitely do this again and 100% recommend!!

We were in Zion for <24 hrs and wanted to make the most of the trip. We decided to do this private tour and we’re so glad we did. The ride was FUN and our guide Brent, who was amazing, fed off my husbands emotions and had some fun with him on the turns and bumps 😂 The sand boarding was a fun experience - definitely try it! And learning about the canyon and getting the inside picturesque views was very neat. We loved it and have already recommended it to those we know coming soon.

We had such a fun, laid-back day exploring Zion with Jordan as our guide. The Polaris ride through the park was awesome—bumpy, scenic, and just the rignt amount of adventure. Then came the sand surfing—it was hilarious. Falling off the board, laughing with everyone, getting sandy-it was pure silly fun. What really stood out was how thoughtful Jordan was with the whole group. He made sure everyone felt included and always had a calm, easygoing vibe that put everyone at ease. He shared some great stories about the park too that made everything more interesting. It felt like hanging out with a friend who really wants you to have a good time, rather than just "doing a tour." If you're planning a trip to Zion and want something relaxed but memorable, definitely try to get Jordan as your guide. Big thanks to him for making our day so enjoyable!

What an amazing experience! We booked this adventure for my husband’s 40th birthday and we had a blast! Our guides were fun and informative and very accommodating, too. Everyone in our large group had a fantastic time! You must try the sand surfing. Our guide talked us through it and this was a major highlight of the trip! I highly recommend this tour and maybe you’ll be lucky enough to have Brent and Lindsey as your guides!

Our tour guide, Lindsay, was the best! We are are a family of 7 with a 3 year old toddler. We didn’t think we would be able to do a slot canyon tour with a 3 year old but found this tour and so glad we did! They had booster seats and helmets all to make us feel safe. The ride to the canyon through the sand was a blast. The hike through the canyons was beautiful. Our tour guide had lots of great facts to share. She was so great about taking group photos for us and had tips on how to get the best photos, as well as the best spots to take photos. She made the tour fun for our toddler and kept his attention. At the end, our toddler wanted to do it all again - no better recommendation than that! Thank you, Lindsay!

This is an extraordinary tour - you get the ATV, sand dune surfing and slot canyon experiences in a single package!
Tyler was a superb guide, engaging, very knowledgeable about the entire area, and all the nooks and crannies in the canyon. Plus a fantastic photographer too!
