This was a fun and informative tour. Lilly was our tour guide. She was fun and very nice. She was able to have fun while teaching us about the evolution of candy.

Really fun experience, impressive selection of global, nostalgic and every other possibility your mind could dream up. Annika was a wonderful tour guide getting to know us and our favorite candy indulgences! Lots of samples, discount for tour takers and amazing history in addition to the sights and smells of candy heaven no matter what your preferences… Dangerous in the best of ways…

It is a lightweight tour, could be fun for kids if you don't have high expectations and are ok with a lot of sugar ;-). The tour guide had personality and they have made an effort to make the tour entertaining, but it didn't really work for us. ( My husband is a historian and we have gone on many food-related/factory tours. He loves high-quality chocolate, but I don't really like candy - we were just looking for something fun to do.)

This experience was truly amazing and to find out the history behind how candy came about and original made from just 2 ingredients was more amazing…. Our tour guide Ahnica truly truly truly made the tour fun and enjoyable… Each one of my family members including myself were tasked with opening each curtain leading to the history of how candy was made among other such as the different flavors of popcorn and chocolate from around the world… this was just an amazing experience… if you’re ever in the area… this is a must have special place at the top of your list of things to do and see while visiting West Palm Beach… My sister/Bestfriend gifted me and my adult children with beautiful weekend vacation. I was tasked with the planning of our excursions and surprisingly this was worth our time… The tour itself is approximately 45-50minutes but because it was just my family that attended the tour… That gave Ahnica that much more time to dedicate to give us a grand experience that is forever etched in our memories… We agreed that the Bulk candy store is forever our favorite place to visit when in West Palm Beach… My sister sampled just about everything and wanted my children and myself to get what we wanted and she’ll order what she wants online and have it shipped directly to her home… She said it was just too much and she couldn’t make up her mind and narrow it down to just one or two things in particular… We had the VIP experience at least that’s what it felt like to us 🤭🤭🤭

It was a great little tour. Annika was fantastic. She made the tour fun and informative. The best part was the candy store. A person could go crazy in there with all the goodies and popcorn. Will definitely go back on our next trip down to Florida.

Very disappointing because we were not able to see how candy was made. The guide was very good and tried to make the tour fun annd interesting. They should show a least a little bit of there factory.

A sweet tour! Literally! Had a fun time learning about the history of candy. The tour includes treat samples too! After the tour we shopped the bounty of treats in the retail store and even made our own peanut butter cup. I should mention the many flavors of popcorn too. Try the Tuxedo!

My husband and I went on the Bulk Candy Store tour with our 10 & 5 year old granddaughters. Our tour guide Anneka was outstanding. She knew how to make the tour interesting for both kids and adults. She knows about candy, & has a sense of humor. The tour included informative videos too. Did I mention free candy?yes, we had some samples. We also had time to buy candy from their beautiful store at a discount. This is a great tour. We all enjoyed it.

We absolutely loved our tour! The owner was awesome and we learned so much. I even quizzed them later and they retained so much info. Their favorite part of course was eating the candy!! Highly recommend!

This place was great! I actually ended up booking the tour for the wrong day and we showed up and they were so awesomely kind to give us our own tour! Fun cheesy museum with great factoids. Free samples at the end and 15% off purchases after. Really nice staff. Thanks so much for a great afternoon with kids’ eyes agog with wonder at the quantity of candy there!!!
