Really poor communication i tried calling hours before the event due to some complications with my reservation. They failed to pick up multiple times. At the time of the event they finally called and confirmed that they were going good to amend my trip to which I understood. I tried gathering whatever options I had to see what could possibly help. A representative did confirm a refund or rescheduled reservation and with the options I had available I could not attend due the time slot dates being too far out from my time/trip flying to west palm. So, i chose the refund option. I put in my refund request and it got denied even though they ensured me that this was possible to consider if there was complications such as this.
Its was great. We all had chance to caught fish. The crew was amazing. Smooth ride. Bring snack an water help alot.
What a fun experience! 6 out of 8 of us caught at least one fish. My nephew had a 10-minute wrestling match with a … lemon shark??? So exciting! Spencer was such a work horse! The captain was such a calming influence. We fried up all the fresh fish we caught. The crew cleaned and filleted all our catch and it was delicious! Thanks for an amazing adventure.

Don’t get through the website went to the boat and didn’t get to go out. Waste of money didn’t get a refund. went on another boat and this is what I got.
The crew were great, very quick to rebait your line in order to keep you fishing. My 8 year old grandson was part of our group, the crew went out of there way to insure he had a good experience.
My boys and I had a good time! We were warned that the sea was rough and sea sickness was a very possible thing. Gave us the option to refund or reschedule. We were on our last day of vacation and my son was looking forward to going out for a year so we went. Each kid went down 1 by 1 but still enjoyed the trip. My son was excited to catch a sea urchin before he got sea sick. The crew was helpful and so were some of the other fisherman. it’s nice when others help kids to fall in love with the sport of fishing! If traveling with kids just know the sea is a gamble and so is getting fish! Part of the excitement! seeing others get mahi mahi, dolphin, snapper was enough for us! Would highly recommend!
Experience fishing crew knows it all, if your experience at fishing on the Ocean or not, there great at assisting! I caught the biggest fish in our group!!! What luck! I’ll be back so yes you should schedule this fishing trip.

Was great! The captain and his team were wonderful, very helpful and attentive! We enjoyed it a lot.
When the trip was canceled, getting a refund is not easy, the boat captain at the dock said I would be getting a refund for canceling trip.
Three weeks still no refund. Trying to get refund on website is frustrating , still no luck
The captain and the crew are always accommodating and do their best to make it easy to catch fish. They are a great crew.
Booked an afternoon trip for me and my brother on the Blue Heron drift boat. We arrived on time but nobody else showed up, so they canceled the trip. The captain said they would refund my money, but it's been eight days and I haven't received it yet. Now I can't figure out how to get in touch with anybody to ask about it.

Nothing yet. I’m looking to get my refund back as the boat did not go out because there wasn’t enough people to go out.

Great time captain and crew were awesome fish were bitting boat was clean good time had by all going again soon
Crowded but fun a lot of inexperienced fishermen made it difficult to land your fish. We missed 3 quality fish that we would have liked to eat for dinner.
Such a great time….the best crew from the captain to the first mate…. highly recommend!!!! My family had a great time!!
You can bring your own gear and bait. Staff is great will help all they can.our trip caught mainly yellow tail snapper and bonita
Terrible. Arrived before 1pm and followed instructions to get to boat. The gate they said to use was locked, my party called the number provided letting them know the gate was locked and we couldn't get through. Eventually had to find another way around the building. Once finding another way around the building not only my friend and I, but a family of four were waiting as the boat had already left. When calling and explaining our situation, we were given the response of “no refunds”, even though we did follow instructions and directions on how to arrive to the pick up spot. Really frustrating and upsetting, I have had precious experiences with this charter that have been nothing short of excellent until now, which is a bummer.
Was in parking lot before one pm at the gate to the right side of jetty’s where sign pointed. Gate was locked called office at one to ask what was up because no one showed up or made an announcement. Missed the experience

Rough waters the day we went out but the crew was able and confident. Felt like we were in great hands. Very good with instructing us on deep sea fishing and keeping our lines baited and untangled.

The bite was on and off luckily the captain reset drifts when times were slow. Great experience and the deck hands on point.
We are locals to West Palm Beach and probably our sixth or seventh time doing going out on Blue Heron charter boat. It’s awesome every time we go. Even when there is a lot of people it’s still rad and end up making friends with all the people on board. Captain and crew do all the work aside from reeling for you. They bate the hooks and re-bate, untangle and whatever you need. My son and I love going out and he asks me all the time to go back out. It’s the perfect amount of time on the water. We make sure to bring food and snacks and lots of drinks for every trip. Overall A+ service.
Every year we come back from VA To fish with this Captain and his crew. Nothing less than top notch!!!!!!
The staff were very attentive to everyone on board. We moved locations a few times to provide better opportunities to catch fish, which we did. The 300 lb. Shark was pretty cool to see, too.
