Plan to arrive at least 30 min early, and be aware of traffic. Park behind Discovery Center Collaborative (13170 S West Bay Shore Dr) across the street from our ticket booth. Please use the pedestrian crossing to get to us! If you are getting dropped off, you can go directly to Discovery Pier.

This was our first time on a sailboat, and it was AMAZING! It was very interactive (lifting the sails) which I did not expect. The kids loved it, especially the delicious ice cream served mid-sail. Most importantly the crew was awesome. They answered every sail related questions that we had, but also asked about where we are from, what we do, etc. I would definitely take another sail with them the next time we are in Traverse City.

Sick but to late to cancel so I lost $134. I couldn't go because I was sick the day of the tour and you must cancel a day in advance so no refund. .

The trip was very pleasant and ice cream was delicious. Our kids loved it too. Would recommend for families. Very cool boat and staff were super friendly and informative

I would have given 5 stars if the captain or crew had used a microphone to give more narration throughout the cruise about Traverse Bay and Traverse City. It would have made the cruise more interesting.

We had a wonderful time on the boat. My son was loud and fussy and I felt bad for the other passengers but no one made me feel bad for this. The staff was very friendly and kind. Ice cream was so good my kids wanted more!

The crew was WONDERFUL with our kids and even helped to keep them entertained. The ship is amazing- just an overall awesome experience. Makes you want to become a sailor!

They just sail around the bay for a while. Interesting stories about the history of the area and brief explanations of sailing. Will try hard to get extra money for drinks and food when you are only out for about 1 1/2 hours. A little costly for what you get. For me it was a one time experience.
